I loved the simplicity. I stated what I wanted and they made it happen, no upselling or other tactics
I am satisfied. They were very nice. I am pleased.
Very good. On time, very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything
I have recommended champion windows over the years. I will continue to do so my whole congregation is my recommending field for now
Champion Windows have good quality windows and they do a really good job. I recommend them.
I loved them.
I should have been given a final "paid in full" receipt upon finishing the work and cutting the final check.
In general everything went smooth and the installation was quick.
We would recommend them to our friends.
I have used them twice and I was very happy with them on both occasions.
The installers did a very good job installing my windows and sliding doors.
The product is great, but beware of the installation. I had multiple windows that were installed which were damaged. Getting Champion to replace the damaged windows was not easy. It was very time consuming, and months later, I am still waiting. Poor communication on Champion's part, but the product is great.
We've been very happy with the windows, and they're good quality.
They did a great job and were very professional.
We were not happy with the installers and we didn’t get the hardware we ordered. The glass in the door is also branded very obviously
There was a lot of promises of helping with sound and was sold a product to make money not what was best for me.
Champion Windows of Portland has great quality of glass windows especially if you have animals.
Love the windows. Bought them for my last house and this house.
Job still not done after almost a year!
They were very polite and fun to talk to.
The quality of the windows we received are well above anything i could source locally. Id seriously advise you to give them a try if your considering window replacements.
When the salesperson showed up we went over everything I wanted and that my grand children wanted. My request was paint match since I just had the house painted. I gave Ryan Fassler the paint colors and was told that could be done great, my grand children wanted to make sure that no one could see through the windows while standing at the door. Ryan showed us the different windows and my grand daughter picked out the gemini windows I thought that everything was good Ryan filled out the paper work and I signed the contract. My mistake was not verifying everything carefully. Thursday September 12 @ 9:28 AM I get a call from Jared from Champion Home exterior the district sales manager for Seattle and Portland about the colors and how I wanted the painting done they would not be able to match the colors so I would have to pick from their colors. Jared was very helpful and walked me through everything. I wish that I would have known that Ryan the sales person had put down the incorrect window number at that point, I'm sure that Jared would have gotten it corrected. When they showed up to install the door they removed my existing door then they got my door from the truck and I immediately go out and said that is not the correct windows. The installer Igor says there is nothing that they can do about it but install what they have. I went in and looked at the catalog that we had looked through when we ordered the door and windows, and the door was correct but the windows were not. After checking over the contract what I found out was that Ryan had written down the incorrect number for the windows. The installation crews said all they could do was make note of it. One of the installers wrote on the service order that the 2 side lites around entry door need to be obscure. When I called the office and told the person that answered the phone what the problem was she said that she would get back to me in about 5 minutes. I finally got a call back from Ryan who said I remember your granddaughter but don't recall the window conversation. But said you know you can go to Home Depot and purchase a privacy window film that you can install. Thanks glad I paid 7290.00 dollars for a door that if I want it the way we talked about all I have to do is go purchase another product and install it my self. Then I call Lynn Layer National Customer Service Manager and ask for my money back for the door handle that was not installed. What I received back from her was a little surprising. Lynn Layer writes back to me I have review the information and we are willing to refund you 212.00 for the door handle that was not installed, please let me know if you agree so that I can send you an agreement for you to sign. When I get the agreement back I called her an informed her that the was no way I was going to sign a discount agreement and release of claims form. They could keep the money because I would rather be able to go on line and leave an honest review about the way they do business. Lynn Layer did offer to change the windows to the correct ones for an additional 2000.00 dollars. Thanks for nothing.
Outstanding service by Jared, our salesman. The entire team at Champion gave us better than expected service and the product is amazing. Our home looks brand new and we are happy with the reduction in street noise as well as the elimination of drafts from our old windows. We absolutely will recommend Champion to anyone who asks. Reasonably priced for the quality and service and no doubt Champion Windows are beautiful!!!
The staff was very helpful, when my order came in they let me know that it did not look right an suggested that I make another selection. I did and very happy with that.
It’s been a couple months and so far everything is great. I would recommend Champion Windows from experience I had.
