The salesman and the installer were fantastic, but whoever works at the store, lost my door for five months that was BS supposedly, they had my name spelled wrong how ridiculous and unprofessional is that!

Working with Champion has literally been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The windows took almost 5 months to get in and get installed, I've been ignored for 2 weeks from my sales person, the sales person's manager and install manager when I was trying to call to get an update, and the installation hours are ridiculous. I had to take off work 3 days to get the install taken care of and it's partly because they work part-time. They would show up between 9 - 9:30 and leave by 4:00 every day.

Windows installs were not as good as the first time I worked with Champion.
Happy about price quality but not happy with communication.
From start to finish the project was handled in a professional manner. At the same time everyone was very personable and willing to answer any and all questions.
We previously used Champion for a window install and had zero issues. However, this time we ordered a patio door and were told it would take up to 10 weeks, but in reality it look a few months and we didn't receive communication explaining what was going on until we kept calling. It seems they had lost our door in the warehouse or didn't know where it was? Once they located the door install happened quickly, but the lack of communication and the time we spent waiting to hear back left us with a negative view. We also weren't offered any sort of discount for the issue which likely would have made up for it. It just felt like they were quick to communicate when payments were due, but not when we wanted updates about our door. I'd recommend the quality of the product, but I'm not sure I would recommend Champion overall.
I told our neighbor and now they have order new windows from Champion,

The Champion customer service phone line and customer communication has changed during the past 2 orders we have placed. Not anything like it used to be when I could call the Omaha office direct.
Sales and setup were great. Sales answered all my questions while the setup grew worked as quickly as possible on a very hot day. Service follow up for a few issues has been missing. No calls for almost 2 weeks and I’ve even left a few messages for them but haven’t had a return call.
High Quality Window (so far as I've only had it 2 weeks) and quick install
The windows are great and it only took six weeks from order to installation. Unfortunately, the order was not to specifications and took another eleven weeks to correct. It all seems to revolve around their busy season.
The crew was prompt and cleaned all of the materials up
They do the service quick & clean up everything. They make sure things are to your satisfaction before they leave.
Pricing was a big factor .
We had a great experience start to finish. We have noticed a huge change in temperature in the rooms that have been updated, and in our whole home!
Everyone was very professional.
I cannot likely recommend right now until someone gets back to us on the door!
I would hire someone local next time. Had several good competitors
