Several things went wrong. 1. It took months to get the first installer to come out. 2. The guy came not prepared (not the right tools: used my ladder, my screwdriver, didn’t bring plastic to cover the floor) 3. I was asked to remove my own window. 4 one window came with a broken frame. They only installed the broken one. They left the other 3 in my backyard for another day. 5. I was told the broken one was ordered and found out months later they hadn’t ordered it (only found out because they sent another guy back out to measure again. 6. The manager was terrible at communicating what was happening (I had to send emails asking for a refund before he began to do his job) 7. The other 3 windows got installed and none of them slid correctly or locked. 8. I had to have them come to fix the windows and so I had to have a family member come over and watch them to make sure they did it right. 8. The window that was broken came in and they didn’t tell me. I had to reach out to them and then they were like oh we got that in last Wednesday do you want to schedule install.

Overall terrible experience. The last guy who fixed the windows and installed the new one to replace the broken one did great. (He is what I expected from the beginnin)

I like the windows and they met my specifications.

We were not impressed with the installers. One of them never said a word to us and the other was not as friendly as I thought he could be. They left the windows dirty and with sticky residue that they could have removed. Another Champion employee, who I am guessing is a manager, Josh, showed up to our house promptly to evaluate the issues with the windows. He was able to successfully remove the sticky residue, which was a relief. The screen door seems flimsy, and the glass door is heavier than expected. One of the sashes of the windows doesn't open properly and now we have to wait for another to be ordered and have to take more time off work for an additional appointment.

Did 19 windows. First 13 install crew was great. Last 6 crew smashed my rain gutter and left big mark on down spout.

LOVE our finished product. The crew that built the room was phenomenal. Kind, caring, high quality work. Communication, timeliness, and concern from local team could be improved.

It took a long time to get our order. I sent email to customer service at different times, and I had to follow up all the time when they're going to be here, and they were so slow to answer. The corporate in Ohio was great, but I don't know if there was a lack of installers. I even reached out to the salesperson that came to our house, and I had done a report back to champion. The order sat for a couple of months. It was ordered in July, and we didn't get it right before winter, and I wanted them before the cold weather. Also, the windows arrived with one of the sash broken on the window, and it was replaced a week later.

I can't belive the difference in how they made such a change in the noise level from outside noises. Don't hear road noise. Even had a thunder storm and quieted the noise. Which was great because my dog usually is stressed due to the sound. He did great. No shaking or hiding.

While I really like my Champion Windows, this recent experience was definitely not ideal and would make me reconsider if I would use Champion again in the future.

At this point I’m not satisfied. Two pane picture windows were delivered. We ordered 3 pane. This should have been checked before they were loaded in the truck. As it is I caught the error after the windows were installed.

Quoted 10-12 weeks and took 21. One window came broke and have to wait another six weeks till not complete

I spent $20,000 on brand new windows to replace windows that wouldn’t work in my house. The second day of having these windows one of the windows wouldn’t open. The earliest I have been told someone could come out and fix my brand new window that is not working was a month away. It disappointing I spent so much money on new windows to have one not work and it was not made right quicker. I would have made sure that this window was working before leaving and I would also make it right way sooner then a month after getting new windows installed. I will not recommend to another person. The install crew also left garbage and old window screens in my yard that I had to go around and pick up after they left.

Don’t have anyone to recommend at this time

Scheduling has been terrible trying to get 2 window sashes and a sliding glass door screen fixed as they arrived broken or incorrectly ordered. When I called again today they told me they closed the ticket 2 weeks ago without ever contacting me. The replacements were never ordered and there was never any follow up despite my numerous attempts to corporate numbers. Always have to leave a message and someone “may” call you back but never do. It was also “assumed” I wanted half screens on windows that open both ways because my old window that only opened 1 direction had half screens. These windows look like a drive thru window now.

I would recommend except the discrepancy in terms of the cost and I signed for a price and then it changed
