Look, let's start off by saying I hate surveys. Then, we can say I ordered a window from champion. Actually a patio door.
I had to take out a loan with the company. They call green something, and it took almost 3 months for them to get the window in. The patio Dorian, and when I looked at it the next day, I realized there was a hole in the screen. I'm not very happy and the price was outrageous.
We have had nothing but great success every time we use champion and that why we continue to use them to this day for all our door and windows needs.
Taking off the old door caused damage to the outside of my home and you only partially patched it. You rehung the storm door but it sticks terribly. It took 3 weeks for Champion to send someone to fix it, but instead of fixing, he claimed he was there to make a report to his boss. Now no one returns my call nor comes out to do any work. If you are waiting for warmer weather, fine, but the storm door problem could be fixed now. I'm sorry that you want to only make one trip, but if it was fixed right in the beginning, this would not be a problem.
2 windows did not fit, even installers said that too. Holes everywhere and they just caulked and caulked , also put a 2 in board to make them fit. Took pictures, had emails after emails. Wanted them fixed. Nobody would reply, contacted them for 3 months just to find out that their decision , the windows was measured correctly and screw the customer. So had to sign to get warranty and had to pay for crappy job done with windows. Was going to do 4 more windows, BUT not with champion windows. I’m done with them. Very unprofessional and the ones I dealt with, customer is always wrong even if you have proof. Very very dissatisfied. Not recommended them to anybody. If people want to know, I will show my pictures to them.
The staff was very friendly and always kept me informed. The installation of the door was excellent and it is very beautiful and airtight..
Poor communication throughout the company. Told work would start 4-6 weeks. It was 15 weeks, and then errors not completed for 3 more weeks.
No follow up from sales team or install team
Actual product is good. Installers seemed rushed. Didn't finish the job, though they said they'd come back to do it. Not a business of their word.
Being told installation problems can not/will not be fixed
We paid in full for all the windows to be installed and still waiting (for a whole year) to get our siding fixed that was cracked.
I would recommend champion to a friend along with several other competitors
The installers did not use any protective tarps on the floor and scratched the wood surface plus there was sawdust and wood pieces on the front entryway floor from the shim's. The windows are on the second story of our house and they didn’t clean them on the outside and can see smears on them especially when the sun hits them so not very impressed with the way things were left for us to clean up after them .. we spent quite a lot of money and the crew sb responsible for protecting surfaces and cleaning their messes
Window installation was a debacle! Customer service was an absolute joke! Once the windows were installed there were some fixes that needed to be completed. I couldn’t get call back from anyone.
Very professional and stand behind their work
The entire process was easy and HONEST!
We have some problems with the windows and we have told Jerry Meckna and nothing has been resolved. We called and he said somebody should be coming out fix the problems. That was over a month ago.
It took several months to get the project started. I was told it was because they had to order the materials. When the crew of 2 showed up, the material they unloaded and installed was common stock that any company in the business of installing screen rooms, would have in stock.
Quality work. Did everything well.
Yes I would likely recommend them to Champion of Omaha if asked who did our patio.
Ordered the windows on July 7th. Windows came in on August 14th last week, I drove to the showroom to get answers. Nobody had contacted me to set a delivery date for my windows. After numerous phone calls that were never answered and numerous texts that went unanswered, I got answers by having to drive to the showroom. I asked for my money back and you crooked ****s said that you keep half of my money for me to cancel. I was promised Windows between 8 and 10 weeks. It was on my contract. 16 weeks of lapsed you were in material breach contract and would not refund my money and it's entirety. Had you refunded my money I would have canceled the order. Your customer service and your policies suck! They protect your inefficiencies and negligence.
They did a awesome job
I was mislead that the entire window would be taken out. Instead, the old window frames were left in and it does not look good. ALSO the window doesn't fit and I can barely close it. When I do close it, it damages the window frame. Tried to get anyone to help me and absolutely no one called me back. No support and no accountability for your mistakes.
My initial contact to Champion was November 19, 2025 to have my siding repaired that was damaged in a summer storm. I have recorded 15 dates/ times/& names of individuals whom I spoke with/ texted/emailed to get this job completed in the course of almost a year. It was completely 10/16/2025. This was not a big job
.
Professional company. Quality windows.
Very professional, window look beautiful
I’ve only had them installed for 2 days so I need time to see how they function.
Too many issues we didn't expect that are still being worked on.
Think their windows are very good.9
It was one day
Warranty work not done
I had wrong/damaged doors installed and can’t seem to get any answers if they are replacing them I’ve tried calling. I’ve sent pictures. Even the installer noticed the damage and said they will be replaced
Hello,
We were very disappointed with our Champion experience. We had gotten a text Wednesday that someone would be by the install the door between 9-11. I didnt hear anything or get any update for hours. I tried calling and was told an email would be sent to the installation manager. I ended up finding the number for the manager who had called me around 2:30 and no one answered. I did get a call back quickly and Josh said he would figure out what was going on. I got a call back that the team forgot the handle and had to drive back to Omaha and didnt tell anyone. The team arrived later in the afternoon and, after a few hours, said there was a manufacturer defect with the screen door and another screen door would have to be ordered and installed later. Any time I have tried contacting someone at Champion with issues, I have been told messages would be sent or someone would call. The customer service was not great, and it was unacceptable that there was such a delay and we were not notified. I also dont understand how the door made it all the way here without someone noticing the manufacturer defect. We will now have to arrange to be home a second time for the correct screen door to be installed, and we have a 3-month old baby, so scheduling is especially difficult. This door was a lot of money for us to spend, and we expected a better experience all-around. Please have someone call me to discuss this experience and if something can be done to credit our account or something to make up for it, we would appreciate it. Thank you
I love my windows
We are pleased with our windows
Knew how to do the job well
I liked the salesman and I think the product is very good
The one installer scratched up my window woodwork and drilled a hole in my new window frame. He also put in two window screens when I only needed one. The installer did not put my "window crank-out" on correctly, it came off in my hand. When another man came out to my house after the windows were installed, he said put putter in the scratched window woodwork and the glue was put in uneven.

Two picture windows are beautiful. I was so disappointed that the wrong windows were installed. Not workers fault. Agent did not state that I wanted the double windows on all the other windows instead I got some cheap looking ones. So disappointed.
Communication—return phone calls. I just wanted an update on the timeline so that I could plan around summer activities. Called twice during the 14 weeks that it took to get a storm door, was told by a human that someone would call me back-
Nothing
The service and clean up was professional. They listened to my specific wants.
Getting new windows
After placing the order, the sales person called back that the exterior door hardware was no longer available in the finish we chose. So this required a changeorder and new selection of hardware. The biggest problem was the ordered storm door which was a top of the line Larson Platinum https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qb9tXWAHjx8 but didn't come to the shop as expected. Five and 1/2 months later, a Larson storm door was finally installed - but not a Platinum. One that probably cost much less. There should be a refund.
The timeline, from initial downpayment to material ordering and final window installation, was faster than initially projected.
Just pulled $18890 for 10 windows with no difference of styles or sizes out of the air. And not until I had signed the contract and he was gone did I see that Champion was advertising buy 1 get 1- buy 2 get 2 and so on. I tried to contact the salesman Pat Bendlin and their Champion office with no response.
The so called finished product was much less than professional and highly unacceptable.
The young men that came to install my window were professional, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done.
Communication was no existent. Received a call the morning they were gonna start. Thank god I work from home or else I would have had to find something to do with my dog as she was freaking out during the installation process. Never received communication concerning my gutters. They just showed up one random morning. I didn’t have a clue who they were.
Quality of windows and the Lifetime warranty
