It took 5 months to get our windows. We had to call about the windows multiple times and got almost no communication from the company.

Installers were great. Windows are great. We ordered a door, they sent the wrong size. We have called a few people and gotten no response as to when the door will be ready. As far as we know, they aren't building it, and we are being charged with it without having it.

This installation was the tenth one.

The room we wanted windows and siding installed, had water damage(rotten wood). The windows got installed first. The installer admitted, after seeing the rotted wood, the walls should be fixed first. But installed the windows anyway. The siding crew shows up 2 months later. When they seen the wood damage, they were not prepared for the job at hand. Suggesting they could only cover up the rotten wood. After much discussing the correct way to fix the rotten wood, I went and purchased the treated wood, and anchors, they fixed the wall the best they could. ( windows should have been installed after the wall was repaired)

The salesperson Ryan was not pushy or rushed. He went over the different types of windows offered and was very informative

I am a new homeowner to a little house that needs some fixing up and care. Two windows in particular were in bad shape. From start to finish the salesperson answered questions and helped ease a few concerns. The gentleman that came some days later to take measurements was prompt and direct about what I could expect when it came to a timeline. Sometime later I received notice my windows were finished and ready for installation. An appointment was set and the two men who did the work were professional and left the areas afterward very clean. Overall every person that was part of my window project was easy to communicate with and respectful. My windows are lovely and I will certainly recommend Champion Windows to my coworkers and family.

From start to finish, everything has been excellent. Cost was kind of high and wife doesn't care for how the windowsills get wet when it rains.

The entire process was easy. Pick the style of window, pick the color, and let them do the rest! It was awesome that we could get a matching sliding back door with a pet door installed directly in the glass!

The time between initial visit and completion was multiple months despite being told it should be 8-10 weeks. Closer to 4 months. We had issues with initial measurements being wrong and were told it would cost more money. Then we were told it couldn't be done. We decided to cancel. Then we were told we couldn't cancel because they were going to do what the original ask was. Then when they came to install the special ordered glass there was a piece missing and we had to wait to have that special ordered again and come in.

Sales and installation was handled very well from start to finish.

Somehow the requirement details on the work to be performed were not completely communicated to the siding installer and we had to contact the sales person to clarify. Issues were finally resolved and the installation continued.
