Sales and installation was handled very well from start to finish.

Somehow the requirement details on the work to be performed were not completely communicated to the siding installer and we had to contact the sales person to clarify. Issues were finally resolved and the installation continued.

We have been so pleased with the quality and look of the windows. The process was easy and the windows arrived as scheduled. Installation was efficient and well done.

Was a return customer and, unfortunately, we had a better experience the first time around.

My preliminary experience was fantastic! However, one of the windows was broken the day of the install. The installers told me about it before they even put the window in, and told me they had already reported it, and it would be replaced as soon as they got a new one in. They added a plastic film to keep the large crack in place, which was fine.

That was in November. I waited until after the holidays to even worry about it. I reached out to Gary, my sales rep, on 1/15, and was told he was getting an ETA. It’s now 2/6, and I’ve heard nothing. Unfortunately, it seems to be an indicator that Champion only cares about customer service until they are paid.

The salesman was a very polite & helpful in explaining each step of the process.

Everything went smooth and on time.

Champion and salesperson Greg Christian did what they said and stuck to the schedule. New windows look great and the installation crew did a fantastic job. I am high satisfied with my purchase!

The windows are of a good quality, easy to operate and the price was reasonable. I've gotten compliments on them from some of my neighbors and friends.

It took over 11 months to get my 2 doors. During the 11 months I asked for my money back. You said NO! So I refused to pay the second payment. Then I got mad and called you back and told you I was going to call In Your Corner, s TV channel. You called back my daughter and told her they would install as soon as they received them. The doors are beautiful, and I need 1 more door, but I am scared to order from you. I don’t want to wait 11 months.

I like my windows. My house is more quiet and I have no wind coming in around them.

I would definitely recommend Champion Windows to anyone that wants a quality window at a great price.

All construction is painful. I was told that the reason it took so long was because the warehouse was moving.

The windows have made a difference in the temperatures of the rooms.

Installation crew was great, they were professional, fast and did a great job with clean up.

Long delays in deliver followed by an incomplete install. Along the way it was difficult to get updates with some people being rude about it. Now after the install that is not complete we cannot get a return call. I just can't recommend an experience like this to a friend.

I paid a deposit in November last year and the work was not done until June. Not feeling taken care of at all by the company. The workman are great. Tommy was exceptional, but the wait was horrid...

Don't know of anyone planning to install a 3 seasons room at this time but will recommend Champion if I do in the future.

We are going to purchase more windows in the future. I checked all the window replacement companies and can only recommend Champion Windows.

I really like the windows and the salesman, but we did have a lot of issues with the installation.

I was surprised that it would take 4 months to get the windows in, I was more surprised to find that 4 of the windows were not measured correctly and had to be reordered, I was less surprised to be told the factory made the right sized window, but sent the wrong color. I was not surprised that no one came out at my request to assess the masonary work that needed to be done for the last window ( I requested this to happen 3 times) Then I was pleasantly surprised when they came out and put in the correct color and sized windows and it was the installer that showed me an alternative to the undone masonary work that was satisfactory to me. I think the quality of the windows are great, but the inner workings and logistics needs some work. Thanks

Communication after the installation and final payment was difficult. I tried to contact the Oklahoma office on several occasions only to be bounced to other areas. This makes me question how easy it may be to contact the company if there is an issue.

Such a long delay and when the 0% lone delivery date was breached we had to work ( reactive) vs champion proactively paying attention

The whole experience from setting up the appointment for the estimate and demonstration to completion of the window install was stress free. All of the people I interacted with were professional and patient answering my questions. I had a big job with 8 windows and the installation went smoothly and was completed the same day. The installers were expended, worked well together and ensured everything was cleaned up demonstrating how the different windows worked before leaving. I really like how the windows work for opening and cleaning.

We like the windows, and they work great. They were very professional when putting them in. Our double window upstairs came in with lumps, but they are replacing them. There is broken glass that was left on the deck.

The quality of the Champion windows was better than even more expensive brands I looked at.
