They did a good job and I am happy with the windows.
During my window installation it was discovered that a large custom window was not built to the measurements and would have to be remanufactured. The installer said he would tell the project manager when he came by at lunchtime. I was told that the PM put a rush order on the replacement window and it would be here in 2-3 weeks. I never met the individual who placed the order and had no information about it or who to contact. This was during the coldest time of year and the old window was screwed back in place with no insulation. After 2 weeks I called customer service but they had no information about my order. After another month of no contact I tried my sales person who nothing about it. He said he would look into it and get back to me but I never heard from him. The lack of communication and status information was totally unacceptable. I am used to dealing with vendors who keep me informed throughout. I was also asked to sign a paper saying that the work was completed when in fact it was not.
The people are great to work with and finish the work quickly.
The installer was very courteous. He took his shoes off to come in my house and kept everything clean.
The salesman is unprofessional and demanding. He did not give me any time to .think about what they are offering. It's like pressure if that makes sense.

They are very friendly. They used to be more affordable, but the window market is very busy right now. Not only that, but they are not as competitive as they used to be, but they offer very professional services
Redva was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He explained things thoroughly. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.
The last job they did was a very poor job.
I thought that the sales representatives were very knowledgeable and explained things clearly so that we could make a wise decision.

The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that were not kept and did not return my calls.
The service was great, but the promises of what the window would do - I'm not sure if it's doing it. Overall, it's good.
We had one technician that did not know what he was doing. He screwed up the window and had to leave. Another crew had to come in and fix what he had done. The 2nd group was really good but the first one was not. We've had windows with Champion before and it went really well but this first technician, on this project, didn't know what he was doing . They still haven't completed everything. There was a delay due to a snow storm. Then they sent the same technician out who messed up initially. He wouldn't work on them because he said it was a conflict of interest and we didn't want him too.
Had 2 widows installed a few weeks ago. One has a crack. Irelord it within 2 days. Haven’t heard anything from champion.
It would have been helpful if the person who came out to do the measuring had checked my window seat to see if it was level. I now have new window trim that is crooked because of this. I was told by the installation manager that I now need to have the windows uninstalled and arrange a contractor to be present at the same time to level the window seat and have the windows reinstalled.
On time and outstanding service
Very good work ethics. Fast and clean ,had cover on stairs while going up and down. Cleaned all debris and left very little pic k up For us. Recommend them to our son and they were very pleased too! Kk

so far so good although I did contact Tim last week to let him know that one of the windows looked as though some caulking was missing

The salesperson was very professional, thorough, and provided great facts. She made it easy for us to make a decision. The installation was fantastic, and they did a perfectly wonderful job.
They have good pricing and very knowledgeable and gave me what I needed.
The window quality seems very good, so far, all the windows are working well-certainly better than what had before.
