Eric and another guy came and gave me a bad service, so I want to honor some stuff that was wrong, and I ended up paying them, so I am not happy about it.
I contacted you because when I first started to look for windows (14) for my house , I got this coupon in the mail for buy 2 windows , get two windows free.
The person came out and I showed him the coupon . He took it, He told me about the windows, I did ask questions. He measured the windows and he filled out the paper work. I did ask him how much it was per window but he said he didn’t do it that way. I guess You could say I didn’t understand what he meant. Anyway I mentioned the coupon again but he did not respond. Anyway at the end it came to be 11 thousand and I asked if the coupon was taking off at the end but he started talking about financing. And so I did that. I got my bill from green sky . It was for 6000.00 so I was under the impression that the two free windows come off at the end. Well now I’ve been charged for two more windows. The strange thing about this is that the price that I was given and the price that green sky is charging did not match up . I called the phone number on the coupon and I was til that the person would call me in a day or two. I never heard from him that week so on Monday I called again but got the same story I called two day later after not hearing anything. Same story. I decided to go visit champion store only to find out from someone that was there that there was no one here to talk to. The man took my info and told me he would tell this person to call me. So Monday I heard from him and I fold him my story . He told me that they do not honor the coupon but I was told that I was given 10 % off. I told him that this was wrong and deceiving. I told him if I could give them back these Windows , I would . I’m upset that I was used!m and taken! I told him that doing what happened put me in quite a bind. I don’t have the xtra they are charging me with. He said ( thats why we have financing), you pay monthly ) I will not be back to have you replace the remaining windows.and I will be spreading the word on how you are deceiving and lie to others!

Worst company I have ever used I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone or would ever use your company I will be in the process of getting a refund I haven’t received any updates from anyone the day the carpenters came to install the door and front window the person that came to measure the window didn’t correctly measure and the window couldn’t be installed I heard the carpenters discussing of this happening over and over the installation of the front door and storm door was done so the doorknobs are opposite of each other making it awkward entering or exiting the house it is the end of October and I have not received any updates from anyone on the supposed expedited window I have called several times to a Eric and no return calls with any update again I will never use or recommend champion
Upon initial installation of my back screen door, it was installed backwards, and not according to my contract and the actual back door deadbolt lock did not align properly therefore, it was extremely hard to lock with the key.
Great service, the guys who installed the windows were very professional, communicated well, very polite
Fix my issues people call leave numbers and hear nothing back after I leave them a message why put them there if they can’t commit to help a customer

Too many errors at the plant
A lot of missed times when we were told someone would be at our house and when they actually came. For example. Install was suppose to start by 10am on 8/16. Raining that morning. Never received a contact they would be delayed. Confirmed with CS it would start no later than 1:30. Received a text at 1:31pm on our way. Crew arrived at 3:15. Finished at 8:45pm
I just thought the communication could be improved.
No response to repeated telephone calls about the fact ‘they we can’t open the windows’ and one window frame is a different color than the others. Even sent a video explaining why. Several calls. Left messages.

I already called and am trying to connect with someone. I am trying to be rational but am disappointed with the install. A hosta plant was stepped on, had a board laid on it, and leaves snapped. Additionally, a window was laid on our grass on a hot day and the grass under it is dead. Two garage windows were installed differently than what the sales guy communicated to me and the mess (including screws on the garage floor) were not cleaned up or communicated they needed to be swept up
I wanted a break down of the price. I wanted to know how much I would be paying for the window and the installation price. Champian windows would not give that to me.

The installer was very nice and I think he did the best he could, however your support is AWFUL. I have been trying to get a hold of you all now for two days. Water is pouring in through our windows. I have spent over 2 hours trying to get through to customer service, once I did they said someone would call me back. This is a joke.
Jeff Turner, Eric, and installation team were super. The installation team were on time, professional, cleaned the project thoroughly, and we were very satisfied from the beginning to end on this window project. We highly recommend Champion from our one time experience.
Ensure that the products are fully operational prior to shipping.
The quality of the Sunroom seems good at this point, but there are still some inspection items that need to be completed. Our biggest complaint is that our salesman left the company after we purchased we had no communication unless we initiated it, and responses were very brief and incomplete, forcing us to ask questions again.
The construction guys had English as a second language, but we were able to communicate okay. However they rarely showed up before 10:00 am, and many days left early, some days they didn't show up at all. This made the project run longer, and they left equipment on saw horses in the yard for weeks, which killed grass under them.
Our installation was originally scheduled for 3/13. That day we were called (2hours before appointment time) and told a piece had been broken during transport from the factory. This delayed our installation by more than 2 months.
