Communication is horrible. Took 2 weeks for someone to finally do something about sending someone out to look at the issues with the newly installed door. Also don’t appreciate the instal manger saying he spoke to me the day before and I said everything was all set. He did NOT speak to me. I’m. Ow waiting on a new replacement door to be made and who knows how long that will be because the installers came back out the day before yesterday and said what they recommend to be done, but once again no one from the internal operations has called me to touch base or anything.
Overall experience was last than stellar. Mark was a great sales person, but truthfully, the great experience stopped there. When the install crew came the first day they weren’t prepared for the job and had to call a manager to come review and give direction. As such, they said they couldn’t complete the work that day and would need to come back. Window install went fairly well - minus poor caulking on the interior.
When they came back to install the new exterior door my real issues began. When asked to check out the door once finished I noted that there was light leak at top and bottom. Installer’s response was “it’s a tall door, that’s just how it’s going to be.” When I continued to press on the matter and told him it needed to be fixed, he stuffed additional weather stripping in the door frame to attempt to block the light.
At that point I gave up trying to get him to finish the job correctly. Once they left, I called customer service and asked for a call back. I received a call the next day, explained the situation, and was told the supervisor would be calling me on Friday, but no later than Monday. It is now Thursday - a week after my call and no call back.
I also received a call from their satisfaction team since they showed the job as complete. When in reality there is still a window to install. Explained my issues to them again and they also said they’d get me a call back. Still no updates or outreach. For spending over 20k on new windows and doors I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality and care shown by the team.
I sent in this response before the first siding people not so good the last gentlemen that did just my sunroom was great I think his name is Adam.
My next door neighbor was having windows installed. They did not even come close to the quality of Champion windows. I did not know that you can't open the window from the top, and still use the screen. I would have bought full size screens, had I known.
Worked with my schedule and was happy to work with them. I would recommend

Champion Windows makes a quality product and while the price is a little higher than I would want to pay, the product options and design make it worth the extra spent.

My overall experience with Champion has been very good.
Extremely poor communication. We had an issue and our sales rep refused to help us correct the issue. Felt like we were just a pay check for them not a customer.
Workers very professional and courteous. There was no mess left.
Mark was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew the product and was willing to be flexible on pricing.
The sales and installation team were very knowledgeable of the product and detailed the process step by step so we were all on the same page.
You have already heard from us what was wrong.
I liked how the construction of the windows was done.
I cannot recommend Champion because I'm still waiting for a resolution to some problems.

My whole experience has been a very positive one. Mark was my sales person. He was professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable of his product. Adam was the installer, who was friendly and did a fantastic job of installing my new room.
I had an issue with 4 Champion windows in a previous home. Champion took care of the problem at no cost to me. That’s why they just replaced some of the windows and a French door in my current home.
