Quality issues with construction/appearance of final product. (Excess silicone, missing silicone)
After four months, the installation is still not complete. I would not recommend a company that takes so long to install windows that were promised to be installed on one day. The most important window was broken and 13 other windows were ordered incorrectly, and one window was measured incorrectly. This shows a serious failure by management, even though sales and insulation personnel were great.
The windows, they are great.
First door ordered 8/31, when installers came door was measured wrong. On second door arrival was too small, was measured wrong. Installers had too build up our door frame for install this door this week.
Quick, quality work
From sales to installers to follow up call - very professional and courteous. Consistently heard call if you need anything.
Constantly lied to by your salesperson and follow-up Still missing final promise. Been on this since April 2025. I write bad

The entire process was great. Very professional in every stage
Delay on windows and I had to repeatedly reach out to the rep to get responses with times. They also didn’t have “good measurements” from the initial but never reached out to re-measure and I had to reach out to get them to come back to do the measurements correctly.
Quality
Like the windows
Communication was HORRIBLE. I do NOT want to use Champion again. I need more windows replaced and am weighing the pros and cons of going with the poorer quality company just so I can get someone to talk to me. I ordered my windows in MARCH and was told 6-8 weeks but couldn't get anyone to tell me anything for MONTHS. My money was taken quickly, though. We reached out to Champion multiple times; it was difficult to reach a live person and when we did, at least twice we were told that a message would be sent to the appropriate person or manager who would call us the next business day or within two business days. Both times- no phone call. Ever.
After four and a half months, we finally received texts from Champion saying our windows were being made, then immediately followed by a notice saying they were ready. Again we called and were told the person who schedules wasn't there. The next morning, a text came through saying we were scheduled for two days after this text. We never scheduled an appointment. When we finally reached someone who could call us back, they had no idea about any of the texts, and just said they didn't know where they came from because the person who would have scheduled isn't there right now. I was then told that I would get a call (again, around 2 business days) and I was asked to make my final payment. I said I would rather wait until the appointment was set and preferably they were there installing them because I had no faith left in scheduling or installation based on the bad communication. Thankfully we got a call not long after to set the appointment.
That being said, while the installers were friendly and did a good job, I was told that my appointment window was between 9 AM and 11 AM and I would receive a call when the staff were on the way. The morning of the installation I received a call saying that they were at my residence shortly after 8:30 AM. No advance warning. I was very lucky that I was even at the house to let them in; I had just gotten back from taking my kids from school.
I was impressed with Champion's warranty services and the quality of the product. I will not be recommending the company/Louisville branch to anyone and plan to be completely honest about our experience should we be asked by any family and friends. The windows could be bulletproof and save me hundreds of dollars a year in utlity bills; we've never experienced anything like this with any service and are extremely dissatisfied in the nearly five month process from the time the salesman left our home to the time the installers arrived.
1. Look at Menards quality. Windows similar quality for less than half. Despite being told my storm dorm was built by champion, it’s a Larson. Could get a better door from Menards for less than half. Spend all this money for uv windows and my door doesn’t block the heat. Why wasn’t I told that? Either tell me or do it.
Please make a link for payment easy. I cannot pay as your link provided!!. Need to provide the test for what You explained to your customer from beginning. Example: as the heat cannot go through the windows as expanded!.
Timely, professional install
This has not been a pleasant home improvement experience. I would not recommenend this company.
I absolutely LOVE my windows

Excellent quote. Prompt and reliable service. Awesome product.
the communication regarding the manufacturing of our product was clear and timely. The door itself is high-quality and solid-very pleased with it.
I would tell them to make sure and double chech your order. I was not pleased with the process to qualify for loan. I was not told from beginning how the loan process was. I needed to go thru all 3 credit bureaus.
The work was done on time the workers were very good at their job and cleaned up after the job was finish.
See below. And, also because I paid for a front storm door that you do not actually sell. The cost of that door is $1600, which I was asked to pay in full on the day of sale in order to get financing. I asked for a check as my financing is with your recommended financing carrier, and I need that check to pay off the financing. I have not heard back.
We were impressed with Carlton knowledge of the product. He took time to answer all of our questions in terms that were easily understood.
