We went with champion because the people that came to give us an estimate. First did not have good quality windows. Unfortunately champion did not have a black option and did not have the option for tinted window windows. The workers did not totally clean up when they left. When they came to put in the final window because it had been a wrong measurement. There was aluminum pieces that we had to vacuum up. We like the windows very much and gave your card to the neighbor who also thought they looked nice. The process was a little hectic though they asked for a final payment we wrote a check and then we got a call that said we owed more that the invoice they gave us was wrong.

The team that was here to do my windows did an excellent job! They told me they were all related and it reminded me of when my dad and brother were here at my house putting new cabinets in my house!

The most important aspect of the project was to have a screen door on the front. They left it out and my salesman won't call me back. I paid $90,000 for this project, and didn't get what I wanted. TERRIBLE.

Wrong trim color was installed. Rescheduled a new contractor to come replace with correct trim and they were given the wrong trim color. Tried calling the contact from Champions and no return call or reply to text.

Better communication with installation

I thought the windows would block more of the outside noise than they do.

The crew showed up late, were not in a vehicle marked Champion, were not wearing Champion insignia. Only one of them spoke English. They left a door that runs and is difficult to open, and a deadbolt that doesn’t align with the hole well enough for me to lock it. What’s going on with this company? Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend your windows so for only because of the excellence of the installer value will have to wait until next year

Pretty sure I got a new guy installing my windows. He installed 3 windows incorrectly to the point that they couldn't lock. He had to be instructed the next day about knocking out a corner weld on all windows so that the screens could close all the way - which was almost every single window screen. Although they cleaned floors and outside very well, the windows themselves were all dirty and required me to have to vacuum out all the sills and there seems to be clear caulking smeared on numerous windows that even my razor blade scraper is struggling to take off and I have had to scrub ridiculously hard to get even just one window clean. I had 14 replaced.

Champion screwed up 3 times in a row. measured wrong, and broke window glass twice before it was delivered.
