not really disappointed, I just do not like the way lock on the door looks, it has been checked however it still does not look right to me. there is a space that I don't like, it looks like there is to much space between the door where the latch and lock goes.

The job isn’t finished. Still waiting on the doors to be keyed alike. Champion gave me a code but nobody has followed up. We paid for the whole project and we’re still waiting for it to be completed.

I would recommend the windows because of the product quality. The sales/service side of Champion windows was very disappointing.

Everyone was very nice and prompt in the beginning. But,,,,the measurements were wrong on some windows and had to be re-ordred. 2 months later, still not done. Very disappointed I can't use my patio.

I’ll be completely honest. I’m a 100% disabled veteran who can’t even walk. My hospital bed is in my living room so I can’t go behind him and watch him measure all the windows.So when he told me he’d measured all the windows I took him at his word. The guy that came behind him measured it. I don’t understand why I the customer has to pay for this window when I’m not responsible for measuring anything.Why is this my fault !!!

We were given a price for the building of a sunroom. Champion returned in a couple of days and said the quote was inaccurate. Champion needed more money. We wrote a check for over $2000 and had them sign that this was paid in full. We asked for a completion date. They told us middle of June. We did not hear anything and on July 7, I texted Marty. We did not hear from him but the concrete crew arrived the next day. We were pleased with the concrete team. The Champion construction team arrived later. My husband noticed that the glass in the doors was cloudy and no amount of cleaning could make them clear. This was the last week of July. It was determined that the glass was defective and needed to be replaced. This is the first week of October and we still have not had the problem corrected. We were told that it could take 8 to 12 weeks for new glass.
