After sale salesman did not return calls..day if installation installer did not have all the needed materials..had to make 2 trips to get what they needed. What was supposed to take 2 days took 5 days ,2 of them no one showed up nor were we informed..we had to make calls and find out what was going on..had to make arrangements for someone to be here because if the changes..also had to cancel appointments .Ron Garland was supposed to stop by and check all the windows but as if 1 pm Thursday he has not shown up..was told that we had the best installers in the company but the were pulled for someone else.thus was totally unacceptable and unprofessional and I feel 20% compensation for the inconvenience and time

We are pleased with the entire process, complete windows & slider. Every step starting with the sales person, Wayson, was explained throughly. Multiple updates during the fabrication and delivery portions with installation as described. The entirety of the experience with Champions unmatched warranty deserves high recommendation for any of their products.

We paid a premium price for a patio cover with the belief (mention 10 times during the sales pitch) that it would be easy to finish closing it if we choose to do so. Marty Stein knows we overpaid for what we got. There is no way Iwe would've paid $31k for what we got. Champions has already lost a lot of business from sharing our experience.

I love the way the new windows and doors look. They are so easy to open. They really make a difference from the old windows.

The most un-unprofessional experience I’ve received from champion with an 11 year history. From sales, service and warranty. This is my final project with champion.

Project has been 9 1/2 months and still not completed. Very disorganized. Made appointments to come work and did not have materials. Did not get door handles we wanted found out or were told it would not work. Front door lock moves in door. Told as tight as can get. Thought we ordered custom doors and screen doors only to have Larson Screen doors installed that anyone can purchase from Lowe’s

The windows are very expensive. The bar on the full screen doesn’t line up with the middle bar of the window

Everyone we dealt was friendly. The gentleman came to give a quote was a little unorganized and seemed to be new.

We had some issues with the quality of work after being past customers and dealing with champion for years.

Your sales persons they were excellent plus your installers were great. If I have the rest of the windows installed I will request the same sales people and installers.

If it wasn’t for Ron and Doug I would probably be in court with this bunch. The guys that installed my windows were doing a good job but they had to cut out sections of the wall to extend two windows into one because they couldn’t make one that small. There were holes in the wall that I could throw a baseball through and Brian and Kyle kept telling them they were supposed to leave it that way and it was my responsibility to fix it. After showing Kyle the holes via FaceTime, he went quiet and said they would figure something out. Alan the installer told me on a Thursday that Brian was supposed to call me to let me know what they were going to do to make it right. I never hear from him. I called Alan and he told me he would call and have him call me. Still nothing. After multiple attempts I finally called the 800 number and they connected me to Doug. He told me he would come that day when the guys would be here to put up my gutters. I knew nothing about them coming out. He said Brian told them he confirmed with me the appointment for that day but I never talked to him. I was out of town. I had to call and get my Dad to come down and they were already installing my gutters before he even got here. Luckily Ron came down and had to fix everything on the inside to repair the holes. The gutter guys added an extra downspout that ran into the middle of my driveway and one of the downspouts leaks. Still haven’t heard anything about that.

We will strongly recommend Champion to our friends and neighbors. We knew they had the best product in the business. Now we know they have the best people.

Bait ans Switch. Sold a product they don’t even manufacture. Then when I caught it they told me most people don’t catch it. Settled for sub par product because I was past my time of ending contact. Measly discount for tens of thousands of product.

Overall, I like the triple pane option, but I would people to be aware of finish problems on the “wood” interior finish.

not really disappointed, I just do not like the way lock on the door looks, it has been checked however it still does not look right to me. there is a space that I don't like, it looks like there is to much space between the door where the latch and lock goes.

The job isn’t finished. Still waiting on the doors to be keyed alike. Champion gave me a code but nobody has followed up. We paid for the whole project and we’re still waiting for it to be completed.

I would recommend the windows because of the product quality. The sales/service side of Champion windows was very disappointing.
