Quality product, excellent customer service

Several incorrect window measurements causing delays. Unable to complete door installation.

I've already shared my experience with several people and will continue to do so.

From start to finish it was a fantastic experience in replacing the windows.

Bait ans Switch. Sold a product they don’t even manufacture. Then when I caught it they told me most people don’t catch it. Settled for sub par product because I was past my time of ending contact. Measly discount for tens of thousands of product.

Overall, I like the triple pane option, but I would people to be aware of finish problems on the “wood” interior finish.

not really disappointed, I just do not like the way lock on the door looks, it has been checked however it still does not look right to me. there is a space that I don't like, it looks like there is to much space between the door where the latch and lock goes.

The job isn’t finished. Still waiting on the doors to be keyed alike. Champion gave me a code but nobody has followed up. We paid for the whole project and we’re still waiting for it to be completed.

I would recommend the windows because of the product quality. The sales/service side of Champion windows was very disappointing.

Everyone was very nice and prompt in the beginning. But,,,,the measurements were wrong on some windows and had to be re-ordred. 2 months later, still not done. Very disappointed I can't use my patio.

I’ll be completely honest. I’m a 100% disabled veteran who can’t even walk. My hospital bed is in my living room so I can’t go behind him and watch him measure all the windows.So when he told me he’d measured all the windows I took him at his word. The guy that came behind him measured it. I don’t understand why I the customer has to pay for this window when I’m not responsible for measuring anything.Why is this my fault !!!

We were given a price for the building of a sunroom. Champion returned in a couple of days and said the quote was inaccurate. Champion needed more money. We wrote a check for over $2000 and had them sign that this was paid in full. We asked for a completion date. They told us middle of June. We did not hear anything and on July 7, I texted Marty. We did not hear from him but the concrete crew arrived the next day. We were pleased with the concrete team. The Champion construction team arrived later. My husband noticed that the glass in the doors was cloudy and no amount of cleaning could make them clear. This was the last week of July. It was determined that the glass was defective and needed to be replaced. This is the first week of October and we still have not had the problem corrected. We were told that it could take 8 to 12 weeks for new glass.

I liked the quality of the product

The siding part of the job was okay but the workmen left several things undone.
The downspouts were not reconnected correctly. The screws securing the hydrant were
not replaced. The drip line was left unsecured in several places. The door to the crawlspace
was not replaced correctly. These items are particularly upsetting considering the high cost
of the installation.

Another disappointing aspect of the job was the inability to communicate with the workmen. None spoke English.

The communication is none professional from the sales representatives. They do not follow the contract that is signed. They have a third party to do the job and they don’t follow the measurements that is put on paper. There was never an inspection of the work that was done. My gutters are not put back the way they should be. No I will not recommend any one to use Champion. The sales representative does his own side jobs with the clients to make his own business/ money

First salesman used an app to measure windows. It gave inaccurate measurements so I requested an experienced installer to remeasure. From then on I was pleased.

Installation was great, workers were respectful and did quality work.

Very professional, hard working, went above and beyond for my project. From Kyle, Gary, Adam and Scott all great! So pleased.

Didn't know, and wasn't told, that exterior colors are painted on, and not solid color vinyl. There is overspray on both interior and exterior glass on every sash, and paint in exterior corners where poorly masked.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable and positive experience.

Everyone i dealt with were great and my windows are beutiful.

They were very professional and courteous. Lynn Swann was in particular was very helpful when the install turned out to have a few issues. She was instrumental in getting those issues resolved. The installation crew were great, except that they left a lot of nails, snippets of vinyl siding and trash strewn around. They cleaned up much better when they came back out to do the needed repairs.

Not pushy salesman. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
