The work seems to be at a standstill . What is so great about that
Don't even have contact when I call old school maybe none the less the contract wasn't gotten by text .
Where is your customer service?
Good communication,
Materials didn’t show up on time, the outside of the door was the wrong color, the door opening is not right because the door touches the frame at the top but has good clearance at the bottom, they didn’t send enough men to complete the siding job properly (a couple of things are not completed and there is still a bunch of trash in mt yard) my coach lights on the garage don’t work, just to name the more obvious flaws. I do have hopes that they will fix these things but for now, I am NOT satisfied!
Windows are great but no drop cloths were used and we are left with paint specks, grout marks and nails left on carpets and our hardwood floors. Also my sofa table was used as a catch all for used wood scraps and is very scratched.
The windows themselves are exactly what we wanted. Installation was a hot mess.
Screens on the windows all were not perfect for how much we paid for them. They buckle out so it doesn’t seal all the way shut.
It took over 6 months to complete all the windows
Very very poor customer service. Poor communication.
mediocre product, (half the window latches don't work, door locks don't work), abhorable customer service, specifically Julius the service manager, and Tony (installer) who made a pass at my wife!
Super great. Worker quiet, efficient and pleasant along with professional
Trim was sticky plastic rollout tape with a 2 year warentee after 2 years U have to replace the tape at you have to pay for on a 5400..00 2 window
I was lied to either directly or by omission in a couple of instances. First, the salesperson lied to me by omission by not telling me that the windows I needed to replace were Champion windows. The windows I replaced are EXACT replicas of the new windows. I only bought my home Sept, 2024 and have no idea how old the previous windows were. However, they had mold in the tracks and at the seams where the windows meet and frosted up on the inside whenever it was extremely cold. It appears they hadn't been maintained but since your windows are "guaranteed" for life, I'm not sure I would have purchased new ones. I was lied to directly by the person setting up the installation as he said he was scheduling extra people. He told me it would only take them 4 - 5 hours. Only 2 people showed up and it took them 2 days. The people who installed the windows worked steadily but didn't clean up after themselves inside. They didn't lay tarps or drop cloths on the ground outside to catch the vinyl pieces that broke off from the windows they removed and left without cleaning up that mess. They installed the screens incorrectly on 6 windows (they didn't fit tight to the window so there were gaps to allow bugs in) and installed one screen with a 3 1/2 gash in it. The only saving grace in all of this was the service agent (Khandice) who responded immediately to my initial review and complaints about the screens, empathized with my frustration and anger, and scheduled service within a week. The service tech who came out reoriented the screens correctly and repaired the ripped screen. He did the best he could with vacuuming up the small vinyl pieces but couldn't get all of them out of the mulched areas. We'll see what's going to be done to correct this.
The Sales Representative either didn't convey my concers about the door jam or the representative who was sent to my house to measure didn't bother to listen because not only was my first door too short, the jam was also not measured correctly and would require either the old trim to be reinstalled or new trim used to finish the door, and for the price I paid was unacceptable. The tech that stopped to measure my door was there for probably two minutes.
Very professional friendly installers and so far love the windows
Timeliness and very professional
the chaotic headache i had to deal with trying to take time off of work to have the whole job redone was preposterous. installers put windows in wrong place, failed to properly frame and seal.
My husband and I ordered windows in August and were told they would be installed in October.
October 27th I received a text informing us that the window order was just being placed.
When I called I was informed that our order "fell through the cracks" due to a computer program change and that was the reason for the delay.
Our windows were finally installed Dec 6th on a very cold day.
The installers were nice enough and the windows look good other than a few gauges around the wood trim.
There is a disconnect between sales and services. The customer is promised the moon and the sky until they get the signed contract. Service was suppose to be done by the end of July 2024. The project was not completed until April 2025. When I did get the product my glass was damaged. The company did not offer me any discounts or refund a portion of my money for the trouble. If you have an appointment setup I recommend you go somewhere else. I wish I would have went with another company!
Nice products well built
Seems like pricing is still pretty expensive, especially when I consider that the "special" I received was buy 2 get 2 free. I was also told that it didn't matter if the windows were of equal size & value.
I am very happy with my windows!
There were several mistakes made. I hired a someone to come look at the work ( I’m still not signing off until I have another inspection done). “ Builder “ had to come back twice to fix mistakes, was rude to one of my other workers, asking if they were the inspector. I regret going with Champion.
The salesman did a great job, the installer did a terrible job and the manager did his best to fix the installers mistake - which is still unfixed.
The service for the replacement door was fantastic. Rick made a mess of wrong pieces work for now. NOTHING in the order was correct! Wrong door and stationary panes. Track for a window, not a door. And hardware was incomplete. I waited over 6 months when the salesperson said it would be done before the colder weather. Now, who knows how much longer it will be? Someone at the factory needs to do better quality control.
Thank you,
Linda Meana Wilson
