First of all, even though my husband died and I am the one that signed the contract you continue to address all correspondence to my husband. Second, the only communication I receive is when I reach out to find out why it has taken so long for my siding installation. I signed the contract the day after my husband died, which was April 25. It is my understanding that the product was not ordered until late May but that's on you, not me. I was told you were scheduling into July when I inquired. Then I was told it was 10 to 12 weeks. Here we are beginning September and the only time I find anything out is when I email every 10 days asking for a status and I'm told things are still on backorder. No idea of what that means. If you want recommendation, then someone needs to do better about communication.

On time and professional
Why would I want friends to have a terrible experience.
They cut into the roof knowing a storm with high winds was coming which resulted in water-damaged insulation and drywall. They said they would reimburse us for our material expenses with a gift card, which we still haven’t received. They tried to replace the drywall themselves but forced it in and cracked it. After recaulking the seams 3 times due to an overwhelming odor, yellowing, and unsatisfactory work, we’re still left with a product that yellowed and was poorly applied.
Windows are Quality! Install was fantastic. Price was Budget-Friendly. The "Team" are VERY Clean and Careful in your House!
The person who installed my windows was very nice and knowledgeable.
ahead of schedule
Everyone was super friendly and answered questions
Both Josh and Julius were excellent at what they do.
Well…you know how occasionally there are flaws? This just happened to be without any of those. It is flawLESS. My wife is very happy with the way everything turned out. And honestly , that’s all I need to make me happy is her happy The installers we had were highly professional, courteous, and just a great trio that knew what they were doing. Thank you guys a lot!
The last day of construction of our new sunporch, it rained, and the 3 sidewalls that were erected under our deck, leaked rain.
Champion tells me THEN, that they knew this would leak, buy did not inform me of this until last minute and the obvious. They told me doing anything to addrerss this was not in the contract! Why not? Even if it costs more! What good is an enclosed porch that leaks? Instead of informing me of this issue@ the beginning, discussing a fix for it while building the room for a price, they evidently didn't care if I was very disappointed and pissed customer at conclusion. What could have been a very easy fix to this problem was flashing the 3 walls as they constructed the walls. Now as it is, the flashing is much more difficult, and I am not happy, and Champion does not care. Very poor mgt desicion!! I have already ntold friends and neighbors NOT to consider Champion. You did not inform me of this issue beforehand, and then you turned your back on me. Dan Pollert
The crew was very polite and done their job guivkly
We are still waiting for the screen for the slider and the storm door was installed incorrectly
Excellent work and quality
Josh and installers were great; also, received ahead of schedule! :)
Good quality at good price
Everything from the consultation to the installation was a painless process. Everyone communicated effectively during this process
on time, work was done professional!
A defect in one of my Windows and I’m waiting to hear back from Champion.
Champion has a very complete line of windows and doors that will add value to anyone’s home
See below.
Showed me the windows. USA made.
No presser from sales person. Communicated thru out process
Looks fantastic
I understand you get what you pay for. And I paid for quality. But I did spend a little more than anticipated. Otherwise everything has exceeded expectation
Misleading sale and install practices to extort more money .
From the wrong window measurement, to the ****ty attitude of your first window installer when I asked why the window was 6 inches short. It took your company 4 times to get this right. Your installer did a no call no show on a scheduled time on a Saturday. Wasted my day waiting. The 3 guys that did come out were in a hurry and rushed the job. They attempted to pack their equipment up 3 times. 3 times I had to point out stuff that was wrong. No pride in anything. Just another job for these people.
Window installation
Quality of products and installation
I appreciate the courteousness and professionalism.
Completed in one day
My sunroom was just completed and I have a cracked glass panel. I reached out right when I realized it was cracked and was told they would have a service agent reach out to me to schedule a time to come out and take a look. Have not heard anything
I was given a specific date for installation. It didn't happen. The project Foreman never returned my emails or phone calls to explain why. I ended up reaching out to the salesperson, Colin.
The quality of the windows, the professionalism of the installer, and the quality of the work.
7
In my experience, there was Stage 1. The Sale, Stage 2. Measure. Stage 3. Payments/Final pay. Stage 4. Install. My issue was with the Champion Employee at Stage 3.
The installation was done timely and I love my new windows and door!
DO NOT USE CHAMPION. The salesman Andrew will be amazing and smile as he lies to you. Make promises that will reveal themselves to be untrue then drop you after you commit. A free cruise that turned out to be a coupon voucher you have to buy. Quality of work is very poor and service is a complete joke. This company is not the only game in town and is not inexpensive either. Take your money someplace else. My project was 4 small windows, $4k and 4 months have passed and still waiting on service to correct their errors after calling and calling having many frustrating convos. This companies policy is to withhold direct ph numbers to any level of management staff so you will be left to call an 800 # talking to a diff rep each time that has no power to make any type of decisions. They only take mssgs for staff who will never call you back. I had to go all the way up to the top management team at the out of state corp office to get anyone's attention. Very disappointed 😞
Supervisor was terrible to work with. Pricing was absolutely terrible. Pressured sales tactics. Promotion pricing is a joke… there is no promotion. I still paid 2x what I shouldn’t have.
Loved the service, price is what it is but that is my only reason for 9
No
We have never heard anything from the vacation voucher group
See below
Does not stick to appointment times. Contracted employees “non champion employees” sub contractors. do not care about product quality. They just install the products. Any problems you better get a fine tooth comb. And go thru products properly.
Your windows are a great product.
When thay take off old window trim thay broke the frame to the point there was no wood in places. I was told you would replace rotten frame work around windows. I didn't think thay would brake the frames . Well the rotten wood and the broken wood just got covered up . Some windows were so shamed the window sills are not the same size. As for the windows them selfs it to early to tell.
Each step of the process was explained and carried out as expected.
everything
Very poor communication from salesman. Product not installed but bills were sent to me. Product finally installed-missing screens.
My low rating reflects the overall experience rather than the final outcome. While the issue was ultimately resolved, it required Champion to completely remove and redo the work that was originally installed a process that took three full days of labor.
The fact that such extensive rework was necessary shows that the initial installation was not done correctly or inspected with sufficient quality control. (The first attempt was some rolled roofing, flashing and caulk which took them 2 hours)
What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and responsiveness early in the process. I had to make multiple calls and follow-ups before the problem was properly addressed. The resolution team that finally came out did excellent work, but it shouldn’t have taken that level of escalation to get to that point.
To make things right, Champion should focus on improving initial installation quality, verifying work before completion, and providing more proactive communication and accountability when issues arise.
