The sales rep showed up late. I was notified, but he still showed up late with the new time I was given. Then after I told him I didnt want the full blown sales presentation, he did it anyway and was in my home for 5 hours. That process too way too long. I've been through installing windows in previous homes and I told him that - he still went through his whole presentation anyway. He started with a price of $96K. After everything was discussed - I agreed to a price of $43K. I wish he would've cut it short like I asked and came in with the best price Champion could do instead of wasting my time with all the back and forth. He also said he would be the most communicative sales person I've ever worked with. That was not the experience after the sale. I had to follow up with him to get any kind of status. He often wouldn't respond for days at a time, and then eventually not at all. I was finally contacted by Champion Operations & was informed that my sales rep didn't enter my information correctly. Neither my info or my wifes - so they were not able to contact us to schedule.

Champion was prompt and professional. They were reasonably priced and provided a high quality product. We had Champion windows installed over twenty years ago and they are still like new. We replaced our oldest window with a new Champion. Their crew was experienced and professional. We would recommend using Champion.

Good quality product. Salesman was pleasant , truthful and not pushy. Installers were very pleasant, efficient and cleaned up exceptionally well before leaving. Also, I was notified from order to production to installation.

The products should be higher quality for the pricepoint.

We had a great experience with Champion of Denver. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at ease, and the price was also very good. We didn't have a problem with anybody or anything. Everything went very smooth.

Great windows, little pricey but was able to negotiate price some for doing 4 windows.

One of the window screens had a hole in it the day of install. I find it hard to believe that the installation crew didn’t notice the damage when I noticed it as soon as I came home. When I called to get this resolved I was scheduled for someone to come out and repair the screen.
First scheduled appointment: no call/no show
Second scheduled appointment: no call/ no show.
Third scheduled appointment: no show, got a call the next morning saying he could come over but I told him I had already left for work.
Forth scheduled appointment: a different guy show up as scheduled but couldn’t fix my screen because he didn’t have the screen material. He then suggested that I take the screen to your warehouse and they would fix it. I told him that wasn’t going to happen and that he should take it himself to be repaired, especially after all the missed appointments from Champion. The tech did take the screen back and had it repaired, he also repaired another window with a latching problem.

The hole process was easy and comfortable

My overall experience with Champion of Denver was mixed. The sales representative I worked with was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and explain the available options.

That being said, I personally felt the overall cost was quite high and not necessarily reflective of the quality or value I expected at that price point. I was also surprised by how long the timeline was from the initial sale to the actual installation.

In my situation, I was under a bit of a time constraint and did not have the opportunity to obtain as many quotes from other companies as I normally would have. If I had more time to compare pricing, quality, and installation timelines, I may have ultimately chosen another company.

Overall, I appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales representative, but I think Champion could be more competitive when it comes to pricing, overall value, and the amount of time it takes to complete a project.

Everyone we worked with was very polite and professional, the sales team, the installers, and the finance/payment team. I also like the windows, looks and quality.

Sales & operations need to get their act together

The window was broke and still takes a month to get a new one in. Plus no one wants to return calls when a message was left.

It took a long time to get. they said it was ready when you only had haft of the door.

the installers did a great job, they did not leave a mess to clean up after the job was completed.

We had a complete window replacement by Champion in our home 21 years ago and have been so happy with them. At that time, Champion windows seemed priced right and our windows have held up very well. My opinion is that Champion has a lot to be proud of with their products, personnel, and reputation.
