Communication at every step of the process was lackluster at best. Was told by Camille in our initial consultation that he would come back for a final walkthrough after the windows were installed. This didn’t happen. I was also told in the initial consultation that install could not happen before the first week of June. Our windows ended up being installed on April 24. I was told by Tyler the installation manager that this would be a one day job. It was two days. When installation was scheduled, I was told that I needed to make 2 payments because they had never reached out at the time my windows were being produced in the shop. When I requested a walkthrough because 2 of my windows were scratched and 1 had poor caulking, I was told I would receive a follow-up confirmation phone call or text from Scott. This did not happen either. Many people across the company dropped the ball on communication which, in my opinion, is huge when it comes to customer service. I ended up on the phone with them more times than I should have because of faults of their own.
Very disappointed in install. Shoddy install, poor workmanship, overall disappointing experience. At least a dozen issues had to be resolved by either a repair by me or replacement by you. Unbelievable that a company like yours would leave a job in the sad state it was and expect people to accept that poor quality of work for the price paid, absolutely ridiculous

Since we already had with this installed by champion from the previous owner of our house, we thought it would be appropriate to have champion to our custom windows.
This has been a great experience for a much needed upgrade to our home.
Jeremy Fox was very knowledgeable and did not use pressure as a sales tactic. Champion was great and responsive throughout our entire project. Our windows were finished a few weeks ahead of schedule and they were able to install them next day! The one day installation was much appreciated. One of our screens came with a slice in it and Champion is sending out a service tech to replace it!

Communication throughout the process was non existent. After I got the text message saying the project was complete it took 3 phone calls on my part to get it scheduled.
It was such a an easy company to deal with. Local company, local people and local phone numbers. Our sunroom was finished much earlier than expected.
Champion staff and installer were courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with the door itself and ordering and installation process.

the person that measured my window did not get an exact measurement so the window was smaller and they had to build a new frame for the door and the window and they did not take care of the concrete on the floor so you can see the rebarb and stone inside the house if you lift the carpet up
Awsome doors
I've been calling and trying to get someone to talk to and all I get is that the phones are full or to leave a message. This happened for 3 weeks. I paid for my doors in October and yesterday was the first time they came to install the doors. It took almost 5 months and it was poor service.
