They wanted to sincerely find me a great solution for my window replacement, and followed that all the way through the entire process. Install was fast and professional, with them leaving my house cleaner than it was before install
We had Champion install windows and had a great experience. The sunroom has been a severe disappointment. The communication, the management of the project and subs (or lack thereof) has created numerous ongoing issues that still aren't resolved. Basically, the only consistent communications has been the ongoing request for money. Extremely disappointed. We moved from a net promoter to a detractor of Champion services.
Representatives were very helpful with any questions we had
Services and installation was great and done quickly and perfect
The sales man wrote up the contract stating the measurements and he said my awning would resemble the one in the picture in the picture.
I signed the contract in September. They came out in January the day before the predicted 6 inches of snow fell and cut off the front part of my roof and left. They returned 2 days later in 3 degree weather to put the awning on and then finished it her next day. I was on vacation in Florida and my husband had to work part of the time however Champion told me no one needed to be home. When they “finished “ I was asked to pay the remaining 2800 and sign a completion document. I had the supervisor come out to my house to point out the following issues;
1. The awning slanted way down and was 6 foot 8 inches at the lowest part. I could easily reach the gutter. He told me I agreed to “approximately” 7 foot and they were not going to fix it for 4 inches. I requested he ask his boss about it.
2. There was a 1.4 inch opened gap in the soffit between the awning and the house leaving a space for weather and insects to enter.
3. They put 2 small dents in my siding.
4. They left my yard a muddy mess and debris I cling metal pieces and torn off pieces of shingles in my yard.
5. The neighbors said they used a blow torch on my roof.
6. I plan to get a roofer to inspect this work.
David Schmitz from champion said if I paid the remainder he would make a service agreement in exchange for me signing the agreement. The agreement stated they would raise it to 7 foot 6 inches He said I had to allow them to do the work in the first 2 weeks of January even though I asked for it to be done in the spring. I paid $28000 for this mess. I hade champion do work for me and my family in the past so I am very upset.
I emailed Davis d 2times for details on how the repairs would be made with no response.
The installation team was polite, skilled and efficient. They didn't play loud music like some other installers, which was nice since I was home with my toddler and 2 cats, who were already a bit on edge with the installation noise. They arrived within the estimated start time early in the day, even though it was a terribly cold day.
Ordered storm doors on 7-24-25. Put down payment of $632., told salesman we would pay balance when door installation was completed. Although contract stipulated otherwise, salesman assured us paying upon completion would be okay. After months of attempting to reach personnel at your facility, we visited in person. We issued a check for the amount required to get job completed. On October 20, two doors were installed. They were not the doors we ordered. Installers came on December 18th but doors did not fit in opinion of installer. Installers returned on December 19th with correct doors.
Sales process was easy and straightforward, installation was quick (less than a day for half a house), and we got exactly what we expected with no surprises or headaches. The windows look great!
Job was not done to the scope of the contract. Left unfinished and unsatisfied.
Everything went according to plan.
Product with warranty
Price was good value, the warranty is amazing. Communication once we signed the purchase agreement was not good. Installation got pushed way back from what we originally discussed and there were no updates regarding this. I had to reach out multiple times and didnt even get updates until installation called to schedule. Things don’t always go as planned and I can deal with that but there’s no excuse for not communicating changes clearly and timely. Also, I was disappointed the trim installed didn’t match my door and I had to paint it. That was a an unwelcome surprise.
good personnel, very professional. Products good
give a quote that is good for a couple of days so there is no buyers remorse.
Read the 1 star reviews they tell exactly how this company operates.
I feel your prices have going way over what would be normal inflation
We had our original champion garden window for only twelve years when the outside seal failed. At the time, we paid over $2200 for it. It was sold with a lifetime maintenance free guarantee. When we put a claim in for a repair or replacement, we were then told, no you should have called us out every year and paid to have a technician inspect the window to keep your warranty. On your website, you still advertise the garden window as maintenance free. The new window cost us $5600, no consideration given on a price break, even though the lifetime warranty should have been honored. So no, we are not happy at all.
The installation went smoothly; there was no mess; schedulers accommodated our needs.
