I have dealt with champion over several years and I have never had anything installed I was not pleased with, but I was not happy with this install. I can not recommend them anymore.
There was a slight misunderstanding of the door we discussed with our salesman, the guy that came to measure and the picture on the contract. The door was not as pictured or discussed, but we compromised with Champion and kept the door as it was made. I just encourage future customers to be VERY clear about what they want and what is being ordered.
I was very satisfied with the process overall.
One of our front screens was ripped up pretty bad & needs replaced. We noticed it the day after the job was done. I called and spoke to Star who informed me that nothing could be done until May due to covid19. She stated she was unable to even take my information or give me a reference # for that call. I sure hope they get us a new screen since its bug season and flys already getting in through the holes. Everything else was top notch!
Champions products are top quality, the install crew was very professional and timely, they kept us updated on the project at all times. The site manager was on-site at all times to address any issues that arose.
Unfortanily I was very dissatisfied with the Champions Service. They laid the wrong color roof, they did come back and correct the color but left behind a lot roofing materials.
The crew that did the siding and metal exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was very good.
I had to haggle over the price. About three years ago, I used them to buy 7 windows at $1,000 apiece. I just saw a flyer for two windows and get one free. When the salesman showed up he quoted me $2800 for one. I told him this was the bate and switch game. You are not giving one away, you are just jacking the price up. He said he would try to refigure the price and came down to $2300.
I was satisfied with their service from beginning to end.
They did a very professional job putting my siding on.
I think they are wonderful and the installation crew was the best.
Everyone of the employees that we had contact with were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable
my installer had a definitely negative attitude and did nothing to keep it to himself. No one told me I needed to move my couch away from the window. (which I can't do by myself). And it was left 3 feet away from where I keep it. No one said I needed to remove a picture from the wall next to the window. It fell off when they were hammering on the outside of the old window. No apology was given for knocking it off.
Champion has excellent quality products. We met a Champion salesperson at the Home and Garden Show in Springdale, Ohio. From our first visit with Champion to the installation, the Champion staff was very polite and professional. We are very pleased with the workmanship and would we would recommend Champion to our friends.
We were happy with our front door and Brady we called them back when we needed windows and a back door. He gave us a fair deal and I believe rewarded us for being a return customer. The installation crew cared about doing the job correctly. Courteous and professional.
I would recommend windows and doors not siding.

Too many calls , emails and text messages soliciting my survey participation. I felt I had to complete it just to be left alone.

Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows and with the professionalism and knowledge of the installation crew.
Champion Windows has good quality.
We were excited to use Champion Windows to replace the windows of our new house; we had used them to replace windows in our previous home and were happy to give them our business. Our installation team and experience, however, could not have been a more negative experience. Timeliness, cleanliness, and safety of the worksite were the worst I have ever experienced. I was told to "hang in there" and "deal with" a yard full of glass and debris over the weekend after the job had already extended past the projected timeline. I have a young child and a pet, and this carelessness made my home unsafe for them. Our home and time were very disrespected throughout the experience.
The windows were great, the salesman mislead us though.
