I think these are the best windows out there and worth the price

The men who installed my windows were very nice and polite. After inspecting the windows four of the windows on the outside have terrible mitered corners! There's at least a 1/8" gap in one of the windows. For $14,000 ( 8 windows ) I would have expected better. What happened to Champion? Once upon a time the company was great. We have spent quite a bit of money over the years. I am ready to contact BBB.
It has been well over a month since I paid to have a glass pane replaced in my sliding door. They claim they called. My cell phone shows no calls.
We were not invited to look at the finished enclosure with the installation crew when they were leaving. All these problems could have been solved before the installation crew departed. I felt deceived.
I would say the windows look great
Personally will recommend Champion Windows to family, friends and anyone who asks.
The installers did an amazing job of installing my windows.
The final product is of high quality and a major asset improvement to our home! A game changer!
Delivered the wrong patio door. They are making a new door but they are taking their sweet time. I thought that the fix would take priority, but it apparently is not.
Seem to be a top quality product
Don’t know of anyone right now who interested and having new windows or doors install .

Happy with the installation. Found a small tear in one of the screens later that night. Called in to report it & was told it’d be 2 to 3 months before a tech would be by to repair. An extreme time to wait for damage that was caused during shipping or installation. Completely not happy with that wait time!
We bought the windows in January with an installation date for May. May came and went, as did June, and July .
during that time we only received contact about the dates our payments were due.
In August we received a call from the Installer , a Mr. Hoffman, who said he could install our windows in a day, as soon as we paid our next installment of money.
He did come with a crew of 2 and did an excellent job of installing our 5 windows and new patio doors.
We felt the company should have contacted us about the delay before August.
Terrible communication through the entire experience. Over a year to get 1 patio door completed.
Overall great experience.
Not happy that I had to follow up on the service of the correct door handle. Door installer did a great job except he brought the wrong handle. We waited 2 weeks and the door was fully paid for and no one called to make the correction until we reached out to our salesperson. Correction appointment scheduled. We’ll see how resolution goes.
Champion windows are great they’re service is next level and salesman are polite and friendly.
