Product quality is good, installation and communication processes disappointing related to cost

Quality is fine. Install was fine $15K for a ****ing door? The worm will turn on you people some day.

The salesman sold me a storm door with a kick panel, which I paid in full. Almost 3 weeks later I get a call they don’t make that door anymore and replaced it with one having no kick plate for same price. I am not thrilled that the salesperson doesn’t know their products and sold me something that doesn’t exist any longer. Why did it take almost 3 weeks to contact me about it and why was it the same price? The installers were fabulous, even though they changed the install time twice. They did a great job. Overall, doubt I will use your company again. The communication and customer service is lacking with not even an apology for selling me a door I paid for in full, which you don’t produce.

Good quality windows

First, my new windows were installed on October 14. They were supposed to come around noon, but did not get there until 4:30pm. Also, the people installing the windows did not install the screens. Then, on October 15, I received a call from Champion, asking if everything was ok. I told them about the screens not being installed, and they said they would have somebody contact me to schedule a time to install the screens, and confirmed that with a follow up email that assigned a CAS number. However, I did not hear anything for almost 2 weeks, so I called Champion and asked what the status was. I guess my original request got lost, so a person scheduled someone to come and install the screens. However, that won't occur until November 6, over 3 weeks after the original installation occurred.

Quality products with exceptional warranty over the years we've had our windows and doors over a decade now.

This rating has more to do with the doorknob placement, the lack of a lock on the doorknob, and the change from the dark wood trim around the door to white trim that matches the door.

I was very pleased with my experience with Champion Windows, they were very neat, cleaned everything up, they were on time getting to appointment for 9 window replacement. Overall, it was a great experience.
