I feel your prices have going way over what would be normal inflation

We had our original champion garden window for only twelve years when the outside seal failed. At the time, we paid over $2200 for it. It was sold with a lifetime maintenance free guarantee. When we put a claim in for a repair or replacement, we were then told, no you should have called us out every year and paid to have a technician inspect the window to keep your warranty. On your website, you still advertise the garden window as maintenance free. The new window cost us $5600, no consideration given on a price break, even though the lifetime warranty should have been honored. So no, we are not happy at all.

The installation went smoothly; there was no mess; schedulers accommodated our needs.

You are relentless in contacting the customer. I must have received 3-4 emails a day from Champion.

cost could be prohibitive/fine crack of light next to window on basement window, called someone is coming to repair it!

I am very pleased with the Champion Windows I purchased. They are very high quality and professionally installed.

The quality of the windows is exceptional!

It took 10 months from the point in time that we signed with the Salesman to installation and it still isn't right as the interior molding was not ordered correctly. The ~16 weeks in the contract turned into 36 weeks and will be close to 42 weeks when complete. Never once did anyone other than the installer say "Sorry" or "What can we do to make this right?" or any other standard customer service oriented commentary.

The only reason for not giving the highest score is that the cost of the siding project was higher than I’d expected and was hoping for. Even with the 30% discount, I was rather startled by the quote, particularly given that the old siding did not have to be removed and that some of the house is brick and so didn’t need new siding. We also asked for a quote for replacing the front and patio doors and were even more surprised by those quotes. We’ll be seeking quotes from other companies for those projects.

My new window is beautiful

Would not recommend based on product or salesmen, but low customer service. Once the windows are installed and although 90% of the bill is paid, receive notification ONE DAY later, “that the remainder needs to be paid immediately.” I have never encountered that with any other organization with high handed business tactics for collection of a bill.
