I ask for a paper invoice to be mailed to over a month ago and I’m still waiting.
You are relentless in contacting the customer. I must have received 3-4 emails a day from Champion.

I am very pleased with the Champion Windows I purchased. They are very high quality and professionally installed.

The quality of the windows is exceptional!

It took 10 months from the point in time that we signed with the Salesman to installation and it still isn't right as the interior molding was not ordered correctly. The ~16 weeks in the contract turned into 36 weeks and will be close to 42 weeks when complete. Never once did anyone other than the installer say "Sorry" or "What can we do to make this right?" or any other standard customer service oriented commentary.

The only reason for not giving the highest score is that the cost of the siding project was higher than I’d expected and was hoping for. Even with the 30% discount, I was rather startled by the quote, particularly given that the old siding did not have to be removed and that some of the house is brick and so didn’t need new siding. We also asked for a quote for replacing the front and patio doors and were even more surprised by those quotes. We’ll be seeking quotes from other companies for those projects.

Would not recommend based on product or salesmen, but low customer service. Once the windows are installed and although 90% of the bill is paid, receive notification ONE DAY later, “that the remainder needs to be paid immediately.” I have never encountered that with any other organization with high handed business tactics for collection of a bill.

The professionalism of everyone we have worked with.

I love the windows themselves, but not happy with the install. The sides of the windows had space between the insulation. They did not insulate under the window where gabs were showing. The sliding glass doors were not installed correctly. The plaster board will show 1/2 inch past edge of door. They say I need a trim, but the door didn’t come with and cannot find anyone that makes. The doors and windows were not shimmed into place. This is a new build and still in construction, but I do not see any difference for the install, especially when the openings were cut out correctly. They did come out the next day, and said they had to get with the boss, but did not hear anything the next day as to the status. This should have happened with spending over $40,000. The bathroom window came in wrong also and they are working on making the Correct one.

purchased the sunroom in May project not finished until third week October. salesman did not understand the issues that would lead to cost runovers even though most were visually evident. we are satisfied with finished sunroom as a product of Champion.

Everything regarding my custom size sliding door was good until after the installation and everyone was gone, it was visibly clear that the sliding screen is the wrong size and it looks bad. I’m now having trouble getting someone to set something up to have this problem resolved. I am reserving my likelihood of recommending Champion until after this issue is resolved.

There was no heads up about when the installation would happen. The workers just showed up one day. Never r heard a thing from corporate until they wanted the second payment.
More top level communication would go a long way.

I took a day off work for the door installation and you guys completely forgot about the appointment. And I had to reschedule and take off another day of work.

Quick install

I paid for the door and wrote a check right then. A month later, I was still trying to get the patio door installed. It was totally unacceptable. I have had windows installed in other homes, but never a patio door, and that is why I went with Champion. My bank notified me that the check was cashed with a matter of 2 hours when I wrote it. I did not want them to hold on to it, but that was in March. As of the middle of August, I still did not have the door. Anytime someone would call and say this or that, I would contact the person they told me to, just to get a message that the mailbox was full on every single one of those people's numbers. They cashed my check, were drawing interest off of it, and I had no door and no one to answer the phone.

Price is exorbitant. My 4 windows were supposedly about $15000. After razzel dazzle they were about $8000. Most of my friends couldn't afford that

Product has been great so far. Installers were excellent.

After the windows were installed we was told by an employee that they had completed installing the windows.
However, they will need to return to replace the back patio sliding door screen.
My husband was told that there was a problem with the wheels. And that they would need to bring another screen door out. But this never happened. We were also told that they will be coming back out to clean the window frames and windows sails. I had to clean them myself. Tell this day we do not have the screen to our back siding door. The windows and the back sliding door was installed in June, it is now September. My husband and I have both have reached out to them and was told that they're were going to replace and put in a new screen door, this has not happened.

If someone asks for a good door company I would recommend you.
