From the salesperson, sam, to the install team with jose, everyone was professional and we are super satisfied with our windows.
Installation was superb and we are extremely happy with our new room.
At this point in time we are leaning towards strongly dis agreeing. We have had issues with product quality, chips in the glass, window frames and air and condensation, plus the wrong window installed that have not been corrected as of yet. The keyless entry does not work properly and according to your installer needs replaced. Also a door that needs to be reinstalled according to a professional.
I did recommend champion to friends, and I hope they have a better experience.

Too many delays
I love the product.
Great communication and customer service from sales to installation; customer service and communication after installation dramatically worse. I bought Champion windows because of the promised level of customer service. I've been recommending Champion because of the great service up until our installation. Now, 2 months after installation... we still haven't talked to a human being about the window that was installed wrong, the broken window (discovered during installation) and the ripped screen (discovered during the first week after installation). The voice mail that was left said it would be 2 months until they had my replacement windows ready... that was after I left multiple complaints about receiving a text telling me that they were coming out in 2 days only to have no one show (after I re-arranged my schedule to accommodate).
Hard-Working installers.
I have not disqualified Champion from future consideration for Phase 2 & 3 projects, but competitors WILL be referenced prior to those projects being awarded. You're good. You are not great.

I signed a contract in May for siding on my house. In early July, I received an e-mail asking if they could come over in an hour to install. I do not read e-mails every day and saw it two days later. I replied to please call my home phone to schedule installation. Another month went by with no contact. I called the salesperson and he stated he would look into it. After no response, I called the office and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then the line went dead. I called again the next day and after 20 minutes on hold I hung up. The ability to communicate is absolutely atrocious.
I would recommend Champion Windows every chance I get.

I have a couple issues with what was promised and the with the screen door. I've emailed twice and was told a supervisor would contact me, I'm still waiting after over 2 weeks.
We have been more than patient waiting for our windows and patio door to be installed since the original ETA of last December 22, 2023. Deposit of $2,420.40 for the Patio Door and $9,055.20 for windows, a total deposit of $11,475.60. paid on November 2,2023. Windows were finally installed on 7/18/2024 with one incorrect window that should have grids. We have been advised that a correct window with grids has been ordered but have not received an ETA. Additional payments made: ($1210.20 for the Patio Door and $4527.60 for the windows, Total $5737.80).

In summary, delay in installation is unacceptable, billing is incorrect and we do not have an estimate for when the correct window with grids will be installed.
Our windows were installed April 24th. One window has a flaw in the pane and another window has a cracked frame. Parts were ordered but as of July 24th we are still waiting for repairs and parts to come in.
Our salesman was no pressure & didn't play games with pricing. We got triple.paned glass for what other companies charged for double panel. And their product is much high quality than some of the other dealers we met with.
It is too early to tell how the windows will last. It took much longer than expected for the windows to arrive and be installed. It was difficult to get a straight answer about the shipment date and arrival date.
Would've given 5 but David Conger's professionalism,and customer service were unacceptable.

THE WINDOWS WERE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND THE SCREENS DO NOT GO DOWN ALL THE WAY. THERE IS A CRACK THAT ALLOWA BUGS TO GET INSIDE THE WINDOW
