The quality is excellent, the service was professional and prompt at every point, and there was absolutely NO pressure from the sales team.
Very pleased with the quality of windows and installation.
From the salesman coming to our house to installation they were un communication with us. Each step was explained to us, every "this is what happens next"
Superior windows, service and support.
The windows are nice, but I'm not happy with the install quality. They have not responded to my repair request.
Needing new windows, I started checking into companies that seemed to have the best reputation for a quality product and happy clients. In reading reviews for Champion, I noticed one from someone I know. I called, and the review was accurate… They were very happy. In fact, both homes they have owned now have Champion Windows.
I set up appointments with what seemed to be the top three.
We really love the windows.
I liked the installation of the windows. They did a good job, and I like the double locks on the windows.
They do a superior job. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm happy to tears with my product.
I am very pleased and impressed with Champion. The sales person, Sam was excellent and the contact people after the sale kept me up to date and informed. The installation was right on time, very professional and worked with great efficiency.
Right now you get an NA. Windows installed with bad frame from the factory in May it is now September 28 and I still do not have my replacement.
I felt like Champion did a very poor job as far as keeping me posted. Most of the time I initiated contact with them when timelines were not met as promised. When a crew did not show when they said they would I told Joe Burnett I felt like a contractor with no authority rather than a customer.
Im not happy with how long the doors are taking. They were supposed to arrive 3 months ago.
It took over a year to get my front door. When I would inquire as to what the situation with the door I was treated like I was bothering them. There were no updates from them during this time. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with my front door. Due to their unprofessional attitude I will never have anything to do with Champion Windows again nor will I recommend them to a friend.
I have used Champion three times for different areas of my house. The other two times were great. This time not so great. The windows came in with no grid. The kitchen ones were the wrong size and when the second order came in it was broken.
Great experience and communication from beginning to end
Was very informative
Based on the install we were expecting and the install we received, not sure Champion stands out against other companies. Our friends used Champion so we didn't do a lot of research.
The salesman and the installers did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely recommend them.
I am happy with the one window that we got.
In the contract, with supply issues, I was told 14 to 16 weeks. It took 24 weeks. No compensation was made. There are obvious large nails used on the door trim, where hidden finishing nails would be better. The threshold we were charged $100 to 200 extra for was only a couple inches instead of the full threshold. The door sticks still when we try to open it.
Champion Windows staff pay attention to the customers' needs and make detailed recommendations. Once we confirmed what we wanted, a technician called within 24 to schedule time to measure our windows. He carefully explained the process and gave us an approximate timeline. When the windows arrived at Champion, they called us to schedule an installation day and time. The arrived within the timeframe and began working. They were careful to place tarps on our carpet to keep them clean. They worked hard but precisely. When they finished the job, the windows were sparkling clean, and all debris was removed. The caulking was beautiful. We were so impressed with the quality of the windows AND the workmanship of the installers.
Affordable pricing & great warranty
Everything went great. The communication due to the lateness of the windows was poor.
