Defective windows on original install and replacement windows defective. Now being told to wait again and no one has the authority to make it right.

Send properly equipped installers the first time and have accurate measurements taken.

Great communication through out the process

We have had windows installed 2x before and gave a score of 10. Alot of issues this time. We love these windows but serious issues this time around.

I will be glad to recommend Champion to a friend as soon as I have one with a need.

The double hung and the warranty

The front door replacement process exceeded our expectations. Customer service, installation and product quality were all superb.

From the salesperson, sam, to the install team with jose, everyone was professional and we are super satisfied with our windows.

Installation was superb and we are extremely happy with our new room.

At this point in time we are leaning towards strongly dis agreeing. We have had issues with product quality, chips in the glass, window frames and air and condensation, plus the wrong window installed that have not been corrected as of yet. The keyless entry does not work properly and according to your installer needs replaced. Also a door that needs to be reinstalled according to a professional.

I did recommend champion to friends, and I hope they have a better experience.

Too many delays

I love the product.

Great communication and customer service from sales to installation; customer service and communication after installation dramatically worse. I bought Champion windows because of the promised level of customer service. I've been recommending Champion because of the great service up until our installation. Now, 2 months after installation... we still haven't talked to a human being about the window that was installed wrong, the broken window (discovered during installation) and the ripped screen (discovered during the first week after installation). The voice mail that was left said it would be 2 months until they had my replacement windows ready... that was after I left multiple complaints about receiving a text telling me that they were coming out in 2 days only to have no one show (after I re-arranged my schedule to accommodate).

Hard-Working installers.

I have not disqualified Champion from future consideration for Phase 2 & 3 projects, but competitors WILL be referenced prior to those projects being awarded. You're good. You are not great.

Nice looking easy to open

I signed a contract in May for siding on my house. In early July, I received an e-mail asking if they could come over in an hour to install. I do not read e-mails every day and saw it two days later. I replied to please call my home phone to schedule installation. Another month went by with no contact. I called the salesperson and he stated he would look into it. After no response, I called the office and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then the line went dead. I called again the next day and after 20 minutes on hold I hung up. The ability to communicate is absolutely atrocious.

I would recommend Champion Windows every chance I get.

I have a couple issues with what was promised and the with the screen door. I've emailed twice and was told a supervisor would contact me, I'm still waiting after over 2 weeks.

We have been more than patient waiting for our windows and patio door to be installed since the original ETA of last December 22, 2023. Deposit of $2,420.40 for the Patio Door and $9,055.20 for windows, a total deposit of $11,475.60. paid on November 2,2023. Windows were finally installed on 7/18/2024 with one incorrect window that should have grids. We have been advised that a correct window with grids has been ordered but have not received an ETA. Additional payments made: ($1210.20 for the Patio Door and $4527.60 for the windows, Total $5737.80).
Unique confirmation numbers O2D68JVFT2 and O2D68JVBJP. Received additional billing for final payment from Champion that did not include these payments. In summary, delay in installation is unacceptable, billing is incorrect and we do not have an estimate for when the correct window with grids will be installed.

Our windows were installed April 24th. One window has a flaw in the pane and another window has a cracked frame. Parts were ordered but as of July 24th we are still waiting for repairs and parts to come in.

Our salesman was no pressure & didn't play games with pricing. We got triple.paned glass for what other companies charged for double panel. And their product is much high quality than some of the other dealers we met with.

It is too early to tell how the windows will last. It took much longer than expected for the windows to arrive and be installed. It was difficult to get a straight answer about the shipment date and arrival date.

Would've given 5 but David Conger's professionalism,and customer service were unacceptable.

THE WINDOWS WERE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND THE SCREENS DO NOT GO DOWN ALL THE WAY. THERE IS A CRACK THAT ALLOWA BUGS TO GET INSIDE THE WINDOW

From the first day, in April 2024, when mark arrived to give us a quote on replacing 5 windows to install on June 5 we have been fortunate to be doing business with Champion. A great team of professionals!

Brad was an outstanding installer!!! He was assisted by Aaron and the two of them did a great job. Brad showed me how to open, close and lock the windows as well as how to open them for cleaning. He vacuumed any dust after installation was completed. He is an asset to your company.

The initial install went great until the installation crew realized the factory sent the wrong sliding glass door, it opened from the wrong side. I received a call the next day from corporate stating I would see the new door in 5 weeks. 9 weeks later it showed up, without a replacement screen door or any new hardware for the new door. After about 30 minutes of banging around the installer told me the new door doesn't fit in the frame and put the old one back in. I am still waiting to hear from somebody, anybody when the problem will be fixed. As of today it has been 9 days since he came to replace the door. I have attempted to call managers, customer service numbers and filled out customer service requests on line and I am still in the dark as to when this will be corrected. If this is an example of the fabulous warranty that is being peddled, I hope to never have to use it.

I would recommend for the quality of the door and side light. And the quality of the install. What I don't recommend is the time it takes for the manufacture of the product and the time it takes to ship. I waited 5 months from time of order. Lead time was 12 weeks. When I called to inquire I could never get an answer as to why it was so late. I had to go to the store and talk to someone about it and still couldn't get an answer. When I called and asked for a refund it showed up. The install with Russ was awesome! He was courteous and personable. He got it done pretty quick. Only complaint on the install is his helper used white non-paintable caulking to seal up the outside. He applied a little too much and smeared a bit on the siding. I had to paint over it which didn't work because the paint doesn't stick. Now I have to repaint the whole house because the paint is a little faded and doesn't look good with new paint.

After removing my original sliding glass door, I was told that the new door was 2 inches shorter. No one EVER mentioned this before. The installer was the one that came to measure and stated that he gave the correct dimensions to the person that ordered the new door. I have tried to contact someone to discuss this and can't get anyone on the phone.

Champion has good work crews. It takes a while, however, for them to schedule you. And some of its business practices are fragmented with management scattered all over the country.

Everything was great from start to finish!!!
