Two windows were sent with the wrong grids flanking a center window with the proper grid pattern. These windows are prominent on the front side of my house and look unsightly. I was told I could hold final payment of$2k until the problem was resolved and now I’m being hounded for “late” payment! Seriously finished the job…and I’ll pay my bill!
The crew was focused on doing the job right the first time.
Better communication throughout the LENGTHY process
Quality not what I expected for the price. Nothing was kept clean. Project manager failed to contact me after I had issues multiple times. He just had the install crew contact me. They cut my internet cable day one and I got that fixed but the last day they actually moved my fiber box enough that it broke the fiber at the ground. I had no internet all weekend which sounds weird to say but all my tv and work I can do from home is on the internet so it was a real pain. The install crew did pay the bill for the internet company to come pull new fiber to my house which wasn’t cheap. So I do appreciate that. Broke several yard lights and yard decorations around my house. Left plastic from under the old siding all over the place. Siding nails dropped all over the property and I am still finding nails to this day. Spent over $40,000 for this new siding on a house that is a rectangle and is under 1100 sq ft house with an attached one car garage.
The finished products came in sooner than expected. They look great and the quality is exceptional. The installation crew was effecient and clean.

why do I have to go through a third party to purchase your product. Why,can:t I pay Champion direct I hate all the hazel to go through third party.

I went with Champion due to prior experience with the company in Illinois. The price point on this project was very surprising.
If I am asked by my friends for a recommendation on Window companies, I will recommend Champion and my Sales Rep. for sure

See question 16. Also, I had an issue with a window post installation. When you tried to schedule I was out of town and was informed they would contact me the following week to try and schedule. I never received a call and had to reach out again myself.

Wait time from order to install, telephone answering
need to have the measure guy or a person to let home owner know about out door shrubs and all indoor needs to be taken care before installation. The customer support person Sierra Huckeba needs to not lie to customers about sending back emails and when she gets back from 4th to reply to messages and change her message that she would be out of town i had to call several times and leave messages to get a reply. My time is valuable and i would expect more Courtice from a professional company. Your installation crew were great. If not for Sierra you would have hade a 10.
Excellant experience from start to finish including sales person Mike Walker, to Dave Conger keeping me informed through the process, to the installers! Billings went fine as well.
