To soon for this information I won't know until winter.

Waiting to see if our windows stop fogging up every time it gets humid outside during the night.

I know if I recommend Champion Windows to friend or family they won’t be disappointed.

I would like to let you know that one of the windows has ( it looks like something on the inside of the glass) … both my husband and I couldn’t get it off and looking closer, we could see it was on the inside of the double pane fixed window by the slider door… Linda Schubert

6 of seven windows are really hard to open. We have been waiting for a crew to come and remedy this. ( Windows installed two days ago)

The whole process was fairly painless. The screen doesn't seem to be the correct size.

Installers did a very good job . Removal, installation & cleanup.

We incurred damage to our brand new deck when our windows were installed. No tarps were used on the outside of the house and the scratches on our deck are clearly from the windows being drug across the deck. Still have not been contacted by anyone to address this.

Last time I used the company several years ago, the measurements that were taken turned out to be wrong, which led to windows being delivered that didn’t fit. They had to be remeasured and reordered which delayed the service even moreso.

I wanted this next batch of windows to match so ordered 4 more with the recent promo and also needed one from my last order serviced as there was a big crack.

My salesperson Bob has been wonderful, I need to say that.

That said, the person came out to measure everything and when it was time to have them installed, they were a no call no show. Bob called when he realized the windows were still there when he got in. They came back the following Monday, with only the 4 new windows and not the one needing serviced. AND, one of the windows was wrong and needs to be reordered. Additionally, I was called by the service team to be informed that they don’t even have the window in need of services measurements and need to send someone back out again… even though this was a window that Champion installed in the first place.

Plus I was told one year no interest financing, and then told 6 months and now I see an interest charge after 1 month.

The only reason I chose 4 instead of 0, is due to the friendly demeanor of the teams and the high quality of the work.

Still need 2 windows. This incurs time out of my work day and financial costs to board my dog.

8 out of 18 window sashes were incorrect. Champion has opened a work order to correct them but it will take 3-5 weeks for the correct sashes to arrive.

The process from beginning to end was smooth. I was kept informed throughout the project and the final result is a sturdy, aesthetically pleasing screen room, designed to my liking.

We were told the existing shutters would not hinder installation. well it was a problem. I had to pay someone to remove the shutters and replace after window installation. and no effort was made to clean the window panes or the smuches off the inside and outside trim. I had to pay some one to clean up. Pella and Anderson had a person designated to cleanup. never again. the windows are super. it was just process to get there. no I need not read all of the small print.

Price and quality of windows are good. Installers were good, but they were Contractors not Champion employees.
At the end of the install day (Friday) crew chief asked us to sign Work Completed form while there were two windows that still needed wrapping on the outside.
We were not comfortable doing that. We agreed to have installer return on Saturday but it rained. So we agreed to have him return on Sunday which he did and completed job.

There rep, Paojen was & still is wonderful. Thanks Paojen. However the installers didn't speak English and it made it hard to communicate with them. They did a really crappie caulk job. However, upon contacting Paojen, the manager Bob said he is coming out tomorrow to,I hope make it right. So u can send me a new survey after it is made right.

Customer service is terrible!

The installation was terrible. He didn't center some of the windows in the opening. The tape he used around the edges didn't stick completely. The corners where he filled with spray foam weren't even with the frame leaving a sunken area. I had to frame the inside of the window with wood trim to make them look even. Terrible worksmanship,

The experience with the installation team was a great experience. Thorough, efficient, and on time.

Overall, purchasing my windows from Champion was a good experience. The salesperson and office staff were great. My only complaint is that the installation crew left without installing screens or even mentioning that they were missing. Champion rectified the issue and ordered new screens, but they took weeks to get installed.

I love my new bay window! It opens my kitchen & let's the outside in!!

Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional and the slider is a great improvement to our home!

The original price was extremely to high. The promotion was buy two get two free. Upon questioning him.
He cut the price in half. So l purchased 4 windows.

My credit card was not charged when I asked. Then it wasn’t even charged the was they said it would be done. I had to have someone out to look at my door handle because it wasn’t tightened properly, within a couple days of it being installed. Now I have to have someone out because the bottom frame is coming off; within a eeek and a half of it being installed.
It was originally wood and it is now cheap plastic. Hence why it’s coming apart. All less than two weeks of having the door installed. They don’t have hours past 3:00 and I work during 8-3 so big inconvenience. and they broke my vent without telling me. But they made it look like it wasn’t broken. Not impressed.

I would recommend the windows, but am not happy with the door.

No customer service..,.some untruth about the payment schedule.....

Pricing was reasonable, installation process, timing, and payment schedule was as agreed upon. Would definitely bring in Champion for any other windows/patio doors that need replacing

It would be in your company's best interests for the Lead Installation Craftsman not be allowed to talk to customers.
Salesman was knowledgeable and professional.

My experience with Champion Windows/Sunrooms was positive from start to finish. Beginning with the factory rep. Paul and his wonderful suggestions for the size and style of a room to fit my budget. Doug was great at leading the project and making sure it stayed on track in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and anything I asked for that he could make happen he did! The installers Brian and James were a joy to work with! They were professional and attentive to every detail. They worked without complaining in record high heat and they were patient with every comment and question I posed. They all went above and beyond in making my dream sunroom addition come to life. I couldn’t be happier!

Only worked 6 hours a day. Poor communication about what was going on and what to expect. We were given different explanations from workers and Manager. Not sure what the truth was. Project took from April ( signed contract) to end of August to complete due to not working consistently on our project. I realize it took a while to get plans approved by County.
