Hugely overcharging, poor installation using undocumented immigrants who didn't even have a driver's license to drive the large truck. We trusted Champion because of three separate replacements done over the last 20 years. We should have gotten other bids. Too late we realized we had agreed to pay $2,000 per window for 8 windows supposedly at 1/2 price for each of them. This would mean that the regular retail price would have to be $4,000 per window which is unheard of locally.

Excellent customer service. Competitive pricing. Work crews are amazing. The exceeded my expectations.

They did an efficient and excellent job on the windows from start to finish.

Champion delivered exactly what we needed in our replacement windows. Mr. Chui provided excellent explanation about the windows as well as showing how the windows perform with both heat and cold. The installation of the windows went very well and we are very satisfied. The crew was very respectful of our property including the cleanup. We are happy we chose Champion for our window needs.

Your installers Thomas and James are who gives your company a good name!

I ASKED FOR THE MEASUREMENTS BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE THEM TO ME. POOR WORKMANSHIP.

The crew was very polite

Good explanation of the quality of windows versus the competitors . I like the installation, very efficient. When I had a question, it was explained.

Not happy with the installation

The window and door was well worth it!

They did really good work and were professional.

Excellent experience from beginning to end

Customer service Doug was polite and informative

I have done all my windows with Champion Windows. Beautiful windows. I’m very pleased 😀

The quality is great. It just took too long after ordering. We ordered in January and they could get to us till May. We were told at the beginning but I think that is a bit long to wait.

I had used Champion 2 times in the past and was very pleased. This time not so much. The installation crew were not professional and did a poor job. I contacted Bob and he and Sean came back out and made a couple of the problems correct but I have 1 window that is hard to open all the way. I have called and texted Bob and have given him ample time to respond but have not heard back from him. I spent a lot of money with Champion. I would not recommend them to anyone. Dave, the saleperson, was extremely nice.

Yes
We are so pleased with our screen room.

Best Value!

They were promt and professional

Nice work crew and did a good job

I liked the workmanship of the guys that installed the windows. They cleaned upy home very well. Polite and professional

Not that please with my new windows, when it rains, there are thousands of rain drops on windows, my old windows did not do that.

There was an issue with third window measurement being incorrect. I had to wait several weeks for a reorder. It was finally installed March 24th. My final bill that day was $449. Bill showed a scheduled 3rd payment of $1,347 removed. I thought that was for my inconvenience of rescheduling the installation. I was wrong. Champion contacted me to collect the $1,347 which I gave. It was all a little confusing to me.

The sales guy was absolutely exceptional.

Job still not completed and not satisfied so I would not at this point recommend anything.

The sales person, Paul Chiu, was fantastic. The installation was a little stressful. More about that later.

The job was done in the time they said. The workers were on time and did not disappear.

Didn’t appreciate the ultimatum sales approach. Also, the impression was local company and professional installers. One person on the install crew spoke English. The conversations in front of me were all in Spanish. Paid a premium price for less than a premium experience.

Everything was perfect. Love finished area. Better even than I anticipated. Gentleman who did work was extremely professional and fast. He is a perfectionist.

Great communication of the process, quality product at a reasonable prices. Overall a great experience

windows are expensive, get estimates

cleanup afterwards needs improvement. They installed said windows in one day.

Communication was very poor in general. I was forced to repeatedly call for updates, and several times I was told someone would call me back and they never did, forcing me to call again. Entire process was delayed because they didn't have the right phone number in our account, even though we've been Champion customers for over 20 years.
Weird email interaction with a Champion salesperson (Bobby Williams, not Paojen) who kept writing me saying he would give me some kind of deal with no details. I tried to set up a time to talk to him, but it would pass and he would suggest more times. I finally gave up.
Installation was good, except installers brought unpainted quarter round to finish the door and said we'd have to paint it.

I was told two weeks ago that my storm doors were in. I’ve called the installer three times and he hasn’t returned my calls.

The workers were Spanish speaking only. It was pretty impossible to ask questions.

Installers were on time, courteous, and did a good job. They worked in a light rain until it began raining too hard. They waited out the rain and then did some more work. They cleaned up completely.

Better communication with your clients

My window replacement started in late March and after they tried to install incorrect sized windows this summer I am still waiting for corrections to poor installs of the 2nd round of windows. I call and call and get no call backs from the operations manager. Is he gone like the Sales Manger back in June?

Beware the “2 free windows” offer. The price will not explain this offer.

No communication job took way to long and gutters still off

I could have had the same type of guys install windows for $400 each window. But we used a reputable company that sold us on a warranty and great satisfaction. We are in love with our windows and the sun beaming on them keeps it cool in our home without shades/curtains. But one of our screens was tore during installation. Honestly if we would have accidentally tore a screen ourselves I'd just let it be or replace it myself. But to have our new windows just put in and find a hole in a screen was unfortunate. No one seems to want to jump on fixing that? Which shows me how fun it will be to use an actual warranty if needed later. So we will not be moving forward with your company for our front and back door which we were going to get in the spring. Amoung other windows. I also still owe your company my last payment which I wanted to pay but it only seems fair to pay when the jobs done and I still need a new screen, which by the way I was told this is a special screen that fixes itself?? Lol not sure what that was about. It's a hole bugs van get in.

The salesman was awesome. The installation crew workmanship was questionable at best.

Many quality of work concerns that are still outstanding. If resolved my value will change

sales pitch/order process is slow and too long, but otherwise we'd recommend

I asked for a breakdown of cost for the windows from my salesman and never received it after being told he would send it. It made me suspicious of what the real cost was versus the sale price I was supposed to have received.

Yes

Quality of the product and service

They had a create a "punch list" for areas on the windows that were done poorly both from the factory and from poor install that needed to be repaired. I really was not happy that these supposedly
high quality windows needed to be repaired due to poor quality control both at the factory and during install. It has taken over 2 months to get these items corrected to the way they should have been from the start. When I contacted Bob, the install manager, on day of install he was rude and extremely unprofessional so I requested to speak with his supervisor. He had Joshua Coates, Regional Operations Manager, reach out to me. He was very apologetic for the issues and reassured me these issues would be resolved to my satisfaction. He then gave me his cell number and direct email and encouraged me to contact him. He had assured me Bob would be reaching out in just a couple days to address making necessary repairs. After weeks went by and I did not hear from anyone I reached out to Joshua Coates, on multiple occasions, with no returns call or email. I also left messages for Bob on multiple occasions but received no responses. I finally called the main Champion customer service before eventually receiving a call back from Donna. She assured me that she would be making sure things were taken care of as promised. The repairs have finally been made.

First, door took months, then when delivered it was wrong( missed day off work) then they tried to cash check with different amount on check, whole thing with bank, then workers showed up( subbed out) in workout shorts and crocs, 1 worker caught on camera going thru owners belongings . Very unprofessional all the way around

Great customer service! Smart hard working installers!
