There are quite a few groups involved in contacting the customer, and I’m frequently contacted by new people. Communication could be much more efficient if it were streamlined through one or two consistent points of contact — ideally someone who could coordinate with the different internal teams on your side.

Installed defective windows and will not resolve the issue

Replaced main floor windows 22 years ago and have been totally satisfied. Just replaced 3 basement windows and satisfaction continues. Well worth the money! Excellent quality and service.

I really liked Champion Windows, but I never had a problem before. They recently installed a couple windows at our home, one of them being a garden window. The garden window is almost an inch out of center and they say they may come look at it in 180 days!!!!!!! This is absurdity, what if there is a storm and water leaks into our home or drywall?? They installed it incorrectly and now don't want to do anything about it.
We have been a repeat customer for years, I am very saddened that they wouldn't want to make this right.
I am very pleased with my new doors. The installer Nico made sure that the doors were installed perfectly. I am so happy to have wonderful new working doors.

Seemed to be more interested is getting paid before start of work. Rescheduled twice, waiting for check to clear. Did not have accurate information from their accounting department regarding receiving the checks.
The product and the installer are great. The customer service with Tony and Amy is horrible. If you guys had better customer service on the front end, I think your company would have a lot better reviews.
Based on our recent customer service and sales experience I would not feel confident in recommending Champion. We had a much better experience 10 years ago when we had new windows and doors installed. This order for replacement windows was clunky, not very streamlined, poor communication internally and with us as the customer and an overall poor experience. My rating of a 4 is taking our initial experience 10 years ago in to consideration.
My project started around this time last year, and it is still not complete. And no one will return my phone call to schedule the “final” close out work.
The quality of the door and working with Champion through all phases was very easy.

I would suggest any of my friends or associates to consider Champion Windows for any projects that they mention or that they may inquire about.

My purchase was 05/28/2024 and the project is not complete. The install date was scheduled to start on 09/03/2024, but did not start until 10/16/2024.

I have been happy with the product. The windows are a bit expensive and it doesn't really seem to matter what size the window is. While I asked questions, I still don't really understand how the pricing works. There is a lack of clarity around the pricing and specials Champion seems to run routinely.
This project was mismanaged, mis measured, I've been lied to about cracked windows that were installed that had to be reinstalled and it took 9 months, I have four screens that were mismeasured and box cutter slashed them all and we are going on one year now and I still can't get my screens. As a matter of fact they were promised yesterday April 1st 2025
Champion Windows did a great job from start to finish.
Outstanding issues and price of multiple projects leaves me neutral at this time. Still waiting for new custom sized screen door that was ordered without a remeasure even needed. Escalated this issue to regional manager Al Norton who was somewhat underwhelming.
I've had terrible customer service since getting installed. Initial windows received were scratched and it took two months to get replacements. Place the second order.
And within a few days of being installed one of those windows just broke. I have reached out to champion multiple times was told my order was submitted for the new broken window, but no one has ever got back to me to confirm and last time I thought my scratch windows were entered to be replaced and that didn't happen either. And so I ended up having to reach back out 2. Weeks later, which delayed getting my windows replaced.. For the scratch window, when that showed up. That 1 was broken, so now, waiting for that 1 as well.
I am still waiting on repairs and finishing handles.
There were mistakes from sales to install. It created delays and trying to get answers was difficult. All the people were very nice but not a little less competent than I had expected.

We ordered our windows in August of 2024 and were told that they would be ready in 8-12 weeks. When that time period passed we tried to contact someone at Champion Windows to get some information on what's going on and where the windows were. I tried leaving messages through the operator for 2-3 weeks. My husband and I thought that we were scammed out of $19, 000 dollars. Finally, I was put in touch with someone from Denver and they got back to me and told me a couple more weeks. That went by. Christmas came and went, then we were notified that they would be ready towards the end of January, 2025. The installers came out, but were missing a window, and one of the windows was cracked. Since we were a little hesitant to give them the remaining balance without the full set of windows, they decided to wait. We finally got them in on the March 6, 2025. They look beautiful and I'm glad they are in, but what a nightmare! More communication would have really helped us feel better about the back up.
Overall happy with my experience, windows look great , house is warmer. But installation took a long time

Price and product seem pretty good. Communication through the process was not good, windows were a bit later than expected w no updates, and installation was scheduled, then I was told it wasn’t scheduled, but then the installers showed up on original schedule date…which was great in the grand scheme but it was a bit confusing for a minute. But install was good, nice guys and they got it done well.
They do a great job, have good guarantees. Just a little on the pricey side.

Absolutely not got my windows way after their estimated date. Customer service was horrible asked several times to be communicated with the manager didn't hear back from him till I out Anna's review on Google. My windows are crooked , 3 screens have holes on them, my custom blinds no longer fit in the window frame, they left a mess out front and back of my house. The manager Scott said he will be calling me Monday I'll see that actually happens. These windows were $3k more than the competitor took longer and now I have crooked windows. My kids can't even sleep in their room because they have no window coverings now and they are scared of their room at night. We've had to have them sleep in our room all weekend waiting on Monday to hopefully get a solution . Also the caulking around the windows is sloppy and they cracked my drywall
