I thought champion was an excellent choice. Other than the three month wait on the windows and doors, installation was done very professionally. We had a couple of flaws with a screen and one of our sliding window windows, but that was taken care of very quickly. We’re completely satisfied at this point and enjoying our windows right now. Have some more work to be done, but will be calling champion in the future for that project as well.
I had a window installed. They had a crack in the pain that I’m still waiting on. I have a window that won’t close the original window that started this whole thing. I’m getting new ones and the new window won’t close and it’s been over a month reported. Don’t have a date and I’ve already had blinds installed so it’s been pretty much not very happy.
The door was installed and was severely scraped, had additional scratches on it in other locations. The door was also 1.5 inches too small, so we had to apply additional framing to compensate, which led to the installer not having wide enough trim to re-trim the interior around the door. The screen has a small hole in it and the installers gouged our ceiling, filled it with clear caulk, and then didn’t say anything about it.
Further, the color was incredibly misleading. We paid extra for a white interior and a black exterior. I showed the sales rep the exterior color we needed, given the door we replaced had black exterior along with all exterior accents on the house…. Turns out, Champion doesn’t even have black as an option and gave us a bronze door….the way this was worded is “hardware: bronze.” I thought that was the handle that was bronze on a black door. Very misleading…why would I ever buy a bronze door when I need black. Come on.
I’m colorblind and needed the sales rep to be honest with me about the color. I make this joke to everyone we have work on our house “I’m colorblind, so I’m kinda worthless with cool schemes lol.” I feel incredibly mislead, and very dissatisfied with the product and the services around it. I sincerely regret going with champion. I am happy to submit pictures and a video if necessary. I’d also love for someone from champion to come out and see this…..
The installation team was great.
They are a bit more expensive than others
Good product. Trust to do the job right and guarantee to fix any problems that might arise after installation. Good reputation and lifetime warranty.
They kept me up to date the entire process. The windows came in faster than expected and got scheduled for install very quickly. The install team was very nice and they cleaned up everything.
Everyone was friendly and professional and helped us move our project forward how we wanted it without high pressure upsells. Communication throughout the process was timely and accurate. The install team was very respectful of the property, did great work and cleaned up the work areas properly.
From beginning to end everyone was very helpful with any of my questions I am very happy with the windows and sliding glass door!
The price point seemed higher than the cost of material and small team that worked. One of the members of the team didn’t even work half the time they were on site. They also didn’t remove my original siding so my house has a thicker look to it, but it didn’t seem to reduce the price point enough to make it worth it. We were also told that the warranty was transferable to the next home buyers, but at the very end of the project informed that the warranty is only 1 year after the transfer.
Overall the process was good. The windows are pricey, but quality is worth it to us. The windows arrived sooner than expected. Installation took 3 days.
Prices are high, but the quality and customer service are great!

Quality
The Champion Team was amazing! Great communication and excellent work! Thank you!
Every interaction I had with your team was poor. The salesperson (after the initial great sales call), the complaint manager, the scheduler, the measurement team, the follow-up people. Now one of my windows doesn't even work. The handle broke.
There are quite a few groups involved in contacting the customer, and I’m frequently contacted by new people. Communication could be much more efficient if it were streamlined through one or two consistent points of contact — ideally someone who could coordinate with the different internal teams on your side.
Great job
Very pleased with the whole company. The sales person, the measure people, the installation team and the office staff were all knowledgeable, helpful and kind.
Very easy process
Always kept me informed and work was done a timely manner. Easy to work with and the house looks great!
