Have a preferred name slot in your records. Pretty much every time someone new talked to me I was dead named. My primary contact was fine about using my preferred name but I shouldn't have had to endure it from everyone else. It was very unprofessional and no one ever properly apologized for doing it. It shows a distinct lack of understanding company wide about how important this is to a trans person. It also is incredibly easy to fix by just having your system programmed to put preferred name above legal name in priority in any of your correspondence. Plenty of companies have zero issue with this in my experience and you all struggled consistently despite my repeated communication about it
They were extremely professional a timely. The quality of work they exhibited while installing my door was amazing. They were in and out in under 3 hours and our door looks amazing!
The salesman Nick Tada was very knowledgeable and had his proof of window worthiness. The crew was very respectful when installing my new windows.
Not what I expected. They didn't show us that the windows have to be manually lifted out and removed to clean them. These are too big for for elderly or weak people. Can't clean windows without removing them completely from frame.
I was super happy with the sales pitch. Brandon worked to get us the price that we said we had to be at but then weeks after we ordered, he notified us to let us know that he didn’t know they weren’t selling the storm doors that we wanted and the price was going to go up pretty substantially and happened to be what he originally quoted and we said no to. He said we couldn’t cancel because we had already ordered but the order did not start until we signed change order. Now we don’t have storm
Doors at all. Installers also left the frame around door with exposed nails and definitely did not look like a finished installation.
Champion is not transparent on the costs of anything.
Well, let's start with the fact I don't have the correct door. Then consider that even though that was your error, it is still going to take just as long to get the correct door as it took for the incorrect one. I would think you would want to correct the error as quickly as possible.
Rich, your salesperson was great to work with. And the guys who put the windows in did a fantastic job.
It has been over 2 and a half years and I STILL do not have my screens fir my windows that open, so I have not been able to open them at all! The sliding door came in scratched and imperfect in the glass, I have been waiting for a new one as well.

Issue persist and I have no clear resolution. I’m concerned about the overspray, chipped areas on outside of window, broken parts and the team may have scratched the glass trying to get the overspray paint off the window. Disappointed that I have raised this and have no clear path to resolve…and you have every penny of my money. I’m prepared to take significant next steps if I’m not contacted in short order with an acceptable plan to cure the deficiencies.

The install was great but the making of the actual windows sucked. Several have to be replaced because of scratches in the inside panes

Very nice young man, John, was here most of the day as the two small basement windows had to have (old!) iron bars taken off of very small windows on the basement level. Some additional service came to bring some items. A larger kitchen window
was easier and wonderful to have that window easier to slide open & closing. (Not yet however!) I only have 5 other windows
in this house and they were done by Champion quite a few years ago. Sarah and I are very pleased and thank you very much.
The windows are ok, but the installation process is abysmal. After multiple issues, it took a year to finally have windows installed correctly.
Fast, friendly, made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.
The whole process was friendly and professional.
Champion promised to install noise reduction glass and said the street noise would not be audible.
The noise is still loud and horrible.The windows were extremely expensive , I feel like I was taken advantage of.
i was going to go with Window World but they promised a better window.

Setup appointment for installation on the phone for 8AM. Got an email for 8:30-10:30. Guys didn't get here till 11:30AM. A two hour window that they couldn't hit... I have 3 more windows and 2 more doors that need installed. I will go with another company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

The installers were very professional and attention to detail met with my approval. I could see they took pride in their work and left everything very clean.
If the prices were more reasonable I would shout it from the rooftops.
Noah gave me good contact. The installer did a good job. Still do not have a screen for my patio door. Salesman never returned phone calls on 3 occasions. Jobs not finished and I've already been charged for a finished job for the 2nd time. The person that referred us has not heard from the company for his referral payment.

Russell who showed up for my initial consultation was a disaster. He showed up without a pen to write anything down, his BTU meter didn’t work because his 9 volt battery was dead. He left me one sheet of paper with numbers relating to the project. No other information, business card or way to contact anyone about the consultation. Russell also left with my pen and 9 volt battery. A few days later, I called the number on the website to see what was going on, and I was put in touch with Jared, a manager in Washington. I informed him that if I was to proceed with Champion, Russell was off my project. Jared said he would handle my project personally. He was a joke to work with, wouldn’t respond to questions for a week to 9 days, and then, only after I re-initiated contact. Horrible customer service from both Russell and Jared. Once I made a payment, I was put in touch with Noah and his guys… they did great.
Sales person Brandon kosut lied to us which drew us into signing the window replacement contract.
It has been 22 months since we ordered our windows. We still don't have all of our windows. One blunder after another.

Communication is key in my opinion. The sales man whom came to my house was extremely misleading and left out a lot of important details that he should have been knowledgeable about as this is his job. My husband and signed the contract February 8,2025 and we are on June 28the and the job has not been completed. The job was promised to be completed by April 2025.
Communication was very poor. Project supposed to be finished I 8-10 weeks took 8+ months.

The quality of the triple pane windows is excellent and installation is professional.
Install was SO fast and everyone was kind and professional. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and the after installation follow up on minor issues within 30 min of the crew leaving was mind blowing.

The product is good
At our previous house, we used Champion for windows, siding, and doors and were extremely satisfied and always recommended Champion. When we had siding delays, we were in constant contact by management to keep us up to date and to ensure we were satisfied. When it came to replace the windows on our new house, we didn't look elsewhere and were expecting the same great service we had previously experienced. The initial measurement and quote went very well, and we were excited for the new windows, but from then on we have been disappointed. The windows were later than expected, not a big deal, however not all the windows were actually delivered (ordered?), some windows were the wrong size, and three windows were broken, one shattered. Worse, the shattered one was in front, taped up for months waiting for a replacement while we kept being asked if someone broke it. Told three weeks for the replacements, instead it took four months. Noah had to come out and correctly measure the mis-measured windows and reorder the missing windows. Some windows were cleaned during install, most were not--even the stickers were not all removed. We are happy with the final product, but the complete lack of communication or concern from anyone other than Noah Mullins is disturbing compared to our previous experience. Obviously we can no longer recommend Champion.
