My expectations of the quality and build was exceeded in regards to them finishing the project earlier than what they said. There were no corners cut to achieve an earlier build time.

Overall I was pleased with my experience with Brye,Terah,&Janet. I would definitely recommend CB Jeni to coworkers and friends. I appreciate Brye for making sure I was satisfied with my new home. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were met in a timely manner. From the date I signed my contract to closing I was called weekly with construction progress...... Great team :) A+ rating ...I love my townhome. It is so cozy

It's a beautiful home for the stage of life that we are in. It is a way for us to downsize while maintaining a sense of comfort and beauty. It is sort of a little jewel box. It is well designed, well thought out, and a very aesthetically pleasing place. I love it.

I love my new home! The sales manager and the builder ensured everything went smoothly. The sales manager went above and beyond always following up with me on every last detail. Even after I moved in, they continue to check in with me making sure everything is going well. What excellent customer service!

CB Jeni Homes and Dustin Jones, Community Sales Manager, are excellent partners to work with. Dustin was knowledgeable, responsive, equitable and supportive throughout the home buying experience.

What a NIGHTMARE!!! Decided to use CB Jeni's program of Move Up America to sell my first CB Jeni home. The realtor given to me was completely inept and basically I sold my home myself. The lenders provided to me were horrific as well. I went with Starkey Mortgage at first as they were my lender for the first CB Jeni home I bought. Three weeks before closing I changed lenders as Starkey Morygage became increasingly difficult to deal with. The next refrred lender of Highlands Mortgage was even more difficult to deal with as I was screamed at by Anthony D'iorio who left me in tears. I was told by CB Jeni that I HAD TO close on my home by August 31st or I would incur $150 a day assessment for each day after August 31st. I had to draw up a Power of Attorney for my fiance to close for me. Upon closing and moving in on September 1st, the air conditioner didn't work for SEVEN days. My fiance and I had to find another place to sleep for SEVEN days. Finally, I was so fed up I drove to CB Jeni Headquarters to discuss my extreme frustrations. I spoke with Steve Schermerhorn who is the President of CB Jeni and Phil Pearce who is the Area Construction Manager of Normandy Homes and Steve promised me everything would be "made right" as CB Jeni failed me on EVERY level from the sale of my first CB Jeni home to the Move Up America program and their lenders. I told him I was FORCED to close on August 31st or I would incur a $150 a day assessment. I told Steve I jumped through all their hoops to accommodate CB Jeni but yet I've had a broken A/C for SEVEN nights and at the time had yet to sleep in my brand new home. Steve said he would gather some info from his team and be in touch with me a week later. Well, it's been THREE weeks now and no phone call, email or anything. I will NEVER buy another CB Jeni home, EVER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on every level other than the Design Center and the Veridian, CB Jeni Sales Manager.

We purchased this home as a quick move in and the process was quick and easy. The house and neighborhood are lovely.

It was great experience. They definitely made buying a new home seem very efficient.

Quality construction and a beautiful home !

I had a very good experience with the sales and construction managers. Title company was just OK. I did not get my mortgage through them.

They insulate the unit with 4 inches of sheet rock which helps to keep any noise down.

Denise Alpert at Stacey Crossing was amazing efficient. She is detailed oriented and has clear communication. Having gone around to many sales centers in the area, I could see world of a difference in her attitude and approach. She is the face of your company and the critical path to your home purchase and i was more than happy to have interacted with her. Everything was smooth to include mortgage referral and the title company. The construction staff after the purchase were through and fixed all the minor defects that showed up at the initial walk in. Build quality is good and is home seems to be very energy efficient.

CB JENI Homes offers awesome town homes and, we are very happy that we went with this company.

The model sales team and Doug Miller went above and beyond to rectify some issues. Yolanda and her staff gave excellent customer service.

The teams were every informative and helpful.

This was my first experience purchasing a new build home. CB Jeni Homes Sales Manager was very helpful and always available to answer questions. Once construction began the Construction Manager was my main POC. Ryan did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress and working out any issues/questions I may have had. The orientation was thorough and informative, and only minor touchups needed to be done and were done by closing. My overall experience was excellent and I know it will continue to be in the future.

If I did this process again, I would definitely choose CB JENI Homes again. They did a great job. They kept me informed which made me comfortable.

With reservations; that they stay on top of the builder and constantly inspect the property, somewhat disappointed with the Q.A. & attention to detail.

Denise, my sales lady, and my construction manager Bill were outstanding. If it wasn't for Denise the sale wouldn't have happened. She gained my respect and trust. She was able to reassure my fears and she didn't make me feel pressured. I've built five homes previously and this was by far the best experience. Bill had the best walkthrough I've ever been been part of. He caught things I didn't notice and showed great attention to detail. He also fixed everything before I moved in. I am amazed and have recommended them to friends in the area. CB Jeni Homes has outdone everyone else. Denise made it happen and Bill made sure everything was right for my family. I've never had such a good experience. I couldn't recommend them enough. If not for them, I wouldn't be in this home.

This was my first home, the process went very smoothly, the sales staff Dustin was very helpful guiding me through the process and the CM orientation was extremely thorough. Overall every one was very professional, very few hiccups and there were only a handful of minor issues like paint touch ups, exposed nails on trim, etc with the home after move-in that are easy to resolve. Very happy.

My original home had fire damage so I opted to move to another unit. It was a F-I-G-H-T to move without having to pay more money. The whole process was aggravating and the sales manager did not help the situation. I felt like the whole process was shady.

CB JENI homes in NRH are the perfect fit for our family. The staff is very pleasant and helpful throughout the process and readily available for any needs. My new home is well above my expectations from the trim work to the design options.

My wife is a physician, a Neonatologist and iam a retired US MArines. When we bought the Townhouse we were very happy. We told all our friends but now we can't recommend it to them. We have a very bad experience with sales. And nobody shows up after the clossing to say anything to us. 3 days before the clossing we meet the sales person. The day of the closing and after we never heard or see anyone anymore. Shame to you all. It's disgusting. CB JENI Homes is a good organization and not a fly by night company. Probe it. You know how to contact me. Iam very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated. Make it right. I have to wait more than a month to do this survey. Because, like I said we had a very bad experience. A sorry personally from sales will do a magic.

Excellent support from sales and construction teams. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship of our home.

Misty was very helpful through this whole process for me and she still is. I was selling another home and did not want to move twice she kept me informed along the way. She answered all questions and if she did not know an answer she would find out and get back to me in a timely matter. When I did sell my home I informed her of the closing date and I was able to move in without putting my stuff in storage. Scott kept me informed weekly on the progress of the home. I purchased the ZOE model and I was unhappy with the fluorescent light in the master bedroom closet when I did my final walk through he had changed it out for me with a different light fixture. I had a very good experience with the building of my home along with all the people involved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in building a home.

Janet Evans our Sales Manager was exceptional, she was extremely professional and made buying our beautiful home a wonderful stress-free experience. Matt Cunningham was our Construction Manager and he was phenomenal!! He was very well educated and answered all our questions and concerns with ease. Clay Woodward and Matt Cunningham promptly returned every singe phone call we made.

The Community Sales Manager and the Construction Manager were absolutely awesome and were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The CB Jeni management team, however, was EXTREMELY inflexible on minor changes that would not have delayed the project or incurred more costs (I was even to pay up-front for some minor changes to be completed prior to closing). I understand that this was a spec hoe, but these minor changes should have been accommodated. Based on CB Jeni's management team's absolute lack of customer satisfaction focus, I doubt I would ever recommend anyone I know to purchase a home from CB Jeni.

This team works very well together to make sure you are always informed and feel comfortable about the progress. So happy our realtor, Heather Tinglov, recommended the high quality CB Jeni Townhomes. If she hadn't, we probably wouldn't have even considered a townhouse - but this little community is the perfect fit for us!

Disappointing!

Yes I am. Starting with Denise and Bill, my experience was very good. I am also like the 15 day walk through. Once the customer has a chance to live in the home, there are add'l things that pop up. This is a big deal for the peace and mind of the customer.
