I am a repeat customer of Cardinal Roofing and Construction, Inc., as they installed my previous three-tab roof exactly 25 years ago. That roof held up well and there were no call-backs. It is a long-time family-owned business with an excellent reputation. The bid was very competitive. No sub-contracting; they do their own jobs. They have installed roofs on family member's homes and will soon be doing another. The Equiptor machines are great!

Cardinal kept site very clean while work was being done and after work was completed you would not have known that my roof was replaced the site was so clean.

The construction crew was very friendly and professional during the entire roofing project. The company's two debris collection carts were particularly effective at minimizing disturbance to our house plants while providing efficient disposal of old roofing materials at multiple locations around the house. I was particularly appreciative that the company owner came to the job site multiple times to inspect the progress of the project, and especially to address roof venting problems I had asked to be fixed. This required removing a sheet of roof plywood where it was discovered the insulation was packed too tightly into the attic eaves of my old roof. To resolve this problem, more plywood sheets were then removed and new attic rafter vents installed, a fix that was done with minimal additional cost and in sync with the whole roofing project. Given the total project cost was significantly less than the quote I got from a well-known larger roofing company, I was very pleased that Cardinal Roofing and Construction had done my job as I felt they were attentive in all phases of the project.
