Cardinal had installed the closet at my prior home for the former owner; therefore, I was satisfied with their product. Once I met Kristi, she made me feel comfortable and allowed me to voice my ideas while insuring I had a great closet system. The design process was fun, the production process went quickly, the install was done with the utmost care. Having my new closet system has made me fall back in love with my home. I smile each time I walk in the room. If I ever move, I will not hesitate to contact Cardinal again. Best money I have spent in years on my home. I feel it will add value when it is time to sell.

Problem Resolution - Walls are not always plum or straight and that was the case in my home. We talked thru each of the solutions until the fix was something I was happy with. Some companies could have just said "Sorry it is your wall and that is how it will look". Not the case here.

Problems Before Contacting Us - My home had wire shelving in each of the main floor closets. Wire is not very attractive and can sag under certain conditions. I knew from the moment I purchased this house I would upgrade the closets. The closets deserve the house and vice versa.

When Kristi arrived at my home and we reviewed the samples together, I knew she understood my vision and could actually make it happen. I then went to the showroom for the design meeting and once I saw not only her vision but my vision in 3D it was a done deal.

New Space - My closet is so organized now I have everything within view and reach. With the colors we selected it now has a sense of elegance and sexiness all at the same time. It makes me smile every time I enter the room. Before it was just a closet, now it is one of my favorite rooms. I feel like "Lifestyles of the rich and famous".

Additional Comments - I would not hesitate to recommend Cardinal Closets and the entire crew. I had a wonderful experience, and the results again exceed my expectations. I know there are various closet system companies, and some could be less expensive, but you get what you pay for. If having the total experience with quality products and workmanship is important to you, I would at least visit the showroom and allow Kristi to explain how your closet can become another room in your home you are proud to show off. It is not just a room it is an experience.
