Would recommend based on quality of product (siding). Communication needs improvement ie: in laymens terms just what is involved in the project. What am i getting for my money (big investment).

I would definitely recommend. Excellent communication, excellent workmanship, and proactively addressed those minor hiccups that happen in any project.

The installers were friendly and explained their process. They’re work was clean and they treated my home with respect and care.

I have recommended five people, and two have signed contracts.

If possible, everyday visits by project manager to keep me apprised of the progress and address any concerns I might have.

They did a great job completing the job efficiently and ahead of schedule. A few small issues were left but they addressed them quickly. The team was very professional and we are really happy with the finished product.

We found their team for quotes to be fair and informative, and their construction team - both workers and the project management / coordination staff - to be professional, efficient, and understanding of the client's needs and expectations. The experience with them starts with a client coordinator through quoting and a dedicated project manager for the work which is a significantly better experience than many contractor or service companies we've worked with.

Over priced

It was quick. They respected my method of communication at the initial scheduling ( I hate phone calls. I do not talk on the phone unless I absolutely need to). They handled all of the paperwork, permits, etc.

They checked in frequently. Jay even responded while he was on vacation (I didnt know he was in vacation when I messaged him.)

John checked in frequently via email which is how I would prefer it, and when extra materials were left he personally collected them so they were no longer in the way. I have given their information to my coworkers who are looking for their porch to be redone.

I am likely to recommend Capital Construction Contracting because they are very friendly, they have knowledgeable workers, and I was very happy with using them.

Capital Construction installed a simple set of outdoor stairs and small deck at top of landing. Overall, the end product was fine. However, it was very expensive and we were disappointed in what we thought we were going to get, after initially discussing with salesperson, and what was ultimately installed.

I already have made two recommendations regarding Capital Construction.
