We’re taking the following precautions for our customers:
The safety and health of our customers as well as our own team members are extremely important to us at Capital Construction. We are currently requiring all staff to monitor their temperature daily, wear CDC-approved PPE (i.e. masks, gloves where needed, etc.) and wash their hands/use hand sanitizer frequently.
As of April 23, 2020, we are open regular business hours and are currently accepting new project consultations.
See my answer to question 9. The end result was acceptable, but the stress and frustration to resolve problems leave me unable to recommend them. They failed to supervise their subcontractor, did not have a project manager on site as promised, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix their mistakes. I am a professional project engineer in the aerospace industry, and ended up managing the project while working full time.
Areas Of Satisfaction - They exceeded my expectations with the quality of the work.
I found them to be professional and really excellent at what they do. We had a very old aged building. They listened to what we wanted, and it came out really good. We are very happy with it!
Areas Of Satisfaction - They exceeded all of our expectations. This building was built in the 1930s, so there were some structural things they saw that we didn't see. They were able to spot water damage, damage to certain walls, roofing, gutters, and our beautiful stained-glass windows. They came in showed us that a lot more was needed to be done then we realized! I never thought they were taking advantage. I never felt that. They would not make any claims without bringing us in and showing us in. We could have said no, but they knew what they were talking about.
Avoid this contractor
They were terrific workers and were very accurate with what they were doing, they also cleaned up very well.
Capital Construction Contracting always does a great job. They are great and we are loving the new bathroom!
Capital Construction Contracting did an excellent job!
We had problems with customer service after the roof was installed.
I enjoyed meeting with the managing contractor for the walk through and pitch and estimates. We went through the multiple items on the list for repair or replacement including two windows, siding, framing, indoor facade work, and a dormer window rebuild for a leak. The project started in a fairly timely manner and they came back to speak to my husband about his concerns/specific requests. Once it began, the onsite crew wasn't able to answer specific questions and left a mess in the yard and managed to aggravate our neighbors with debris on their property. The debris in the front yard was laid upon shrubs which seemed counterintuitive given a front yard. Things went along OK but we were not supersatisfied with the framing of the siding, large gaps and uneven work in our opinion, gutters unattached and left that way, no onsite portapotty. A ladder to the second floor left overnight for anyone to climb up. Made multiple calls to managers to have clean up and rectify issues. Reframing of dormer was not what was discussed on first visit in terms of rebuild, just flashing so it continued to leak. Unseen extra costs added. Door Frame disturbed by window work. At the end many things were nicely done, e.g. window replacement, indoor wall work but other items were less than ideal but satisfactory. A lot of money went into these projects during a time when we were experiencing economic challenges. I appreciate the central office for their response.
This Contracting Company acts as a TEAM: Staff and Roofers---in terms of work planned, communicated and executed.
They were responsive and capable. We're very satisfied.
Siding started to fall off after 6 months
I would give ten stars if I could! They completed our project on time, within budget, and better than we could have possibly asked for! They fixed everything really well. There were a few things that Nicole saw and decided to fix for us. Giovanni did tiny details to make the place look better. They went above and beyond for us!
Capital Construction Contracting Inc. was fantastic and I was happy with the job.
In a moment of increased distress and anguish they helped me.
The roofing job was good but the salesman did not match the new shingles to my other roof. He never showed me the different colors of shingles that they had to choose from.
I was very satisfied with all of their activities.
competent, reliable professional. i have used capital construction for many projects and will continue to use their services
They are very easy to deal with, and very customer oriented. There was no problem with them at all. If I called, they responded.
After working with Capital Construction for my new roof in December, 2020, I decided to go along with their suggestion of new gutters and downspouts. I was not disappointed, Another fabulous job done.
My windows were leaking so I hired ten to reframe my window and they replaced the flashing with the old flashing with the nail holes in it. And then had to pull it out and do it over again.
Great company to work with. Would recommend them to anyone. The payment plan they have with Greenspan is great. Takes all the worry out of making sure they get the funds up front for the job. This company works as a team and does a great job!
Accurate estimates, high quality work, professional team. Worked with me to facilitate great financing which was very helpful at the time. I plan on working with them for future home renovations.
Very professional and thorough and timely. Cleaned up incredibly upon completion of the job.
I was very satisfied,
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Capital Construction Contracting Inc as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
