Great, great work. Anthony Andreozzi was great project manager. Could not have asked for better communication and results.

Over priced

It was quick. They respected my method of communication at the initial scheduling ( I hate phone calls. I do not talk on the phone unless I absolutely need to). They handled all of the paperwork, permits, etc.

They checked in frequently. Jay even responded while he was on vacation (I didnt know he was in vacation when I messaged him.)

John checked in frequently via email which is how I would prefer it, and when extra materials were left he personally collected them so they were no longer in the way. I have given their information to my coworkers who are looking for their porch to be redone.

I am likely to recommend Capital Construction Contracting because they are very friendly, they have knowledgeable workers, and I was very happy with using them.

Capital Construction installed a simple set of outdoor stairs and small deck at top of landing. Overall, the end product was fine. However, it was very expensive and we were disappointed in what we thought we were going to get, after initially discussing with salesperson, and what was ultimately installed.

I already have made two recommendations regarding Capital Construction.

There are some issues I had; the build itself was good, but there are other issues.

Work was done in a very timely manner. Workers were very respectful of our property and cleaned up the area daily. The lead worker was very approachable with any questions or concerns. The project manager was always available by phone and stopped by several times to make sure things were going well. Outcome of the project was great.

cleanliness of the job site at completion of the job was the only area that needs improvement

Yes I will recommend capital construction to my friend my family and my coworkers !

This company is not to be used if you want the cheapest bid price. I know there are many ways to cheapen a project bid but did not choose that route.

Everyone i dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Either they answered my call immediately or they got back to me promptly. They told me the steps of the project and it unfolded as they had said. The roofing team did the job quickly and well. Our new roof looks great!

They were very thorough in thinking through our job, identifying all issues the inspector would flag, and being proactive in coming up with solutions

Early stages of process were a little bumpy. My wife kept getting calls from various people involved when we repeatedly asked for calls to be directed to me.

Capital Construction completed 3 major projects at my house, and all 3 turned out amazing. Jay and his team worked so hard to ensure that my expectations were exceeded at every turn. Communication was constant and the work was efficient. It's clear that Jay loves what he does, as he truly cares about the quality of the work being done. I wouldn't hesitate hiring Jay and his team again!
