A+ work was completed in one day!

Totally disrespected my yard. Cracked predator guard on pole of birdhouse that I instructed foreman to stay away from. Moved vegetable pots without my permission. Careless worker dropped hammer through attic opening so another day spent waiting for that to be repaired.

You make appointments and arrive on time. You answer all my questions. The team has excellent customer service skills and does quality work.

The job was very efficiently handled. It was completed in 1-1/2 days, which minimized the time of neighborhood noise.

They always stand by their work. If we report a concern, they will come out and try to address it.

Carl H. was professional, competent and extremely helpful to explain the extent of the wind damage, the repair versus replacement recommendations in comprehensive but simple terms to me and to my insurance company. He provided great visual documentation with pics and video of the damage. He explained the quality, value and longevity of products that would be used to complete the repair. The crew arrived timely and completed the job efficiently and professionally to include doing a great job cleaning up.

From the initial contact with Brothers, to ascertain their interest and ability to perform the work I needed, through the planning process, adjustments to the scope of the work, and the execution and follow-up after the work had been accomplished, I am very pleased with the work and quality of work Brothers Services provided to our home.

My second project with Brothers. And I would use again. There are no hard sales tactics. The estimate process was extremely easy to schedule. The representative clearly explained materials, costs, etc. He left me with a written estimate and did not try to upsale what I didn’t need or want. The project was done within stated timeframe and looks fantastic.

I appreciate their patience with me.

Customer service was lacking.

I thought this was a service they did not one handed to a sub contractor. And way over charges for this .I can only say this I sure that the lifetime warranty will get.plenty of use.

The work schedule could have been shortened by several days with additional staff.

The site superintendent answered all our questions and the crew did a great job on the installation. The job site was kept clean and left clean each day the crew was onsite. We are very please with the look of the siding, trim, fit and finish on our house.

I would tell my friends to ask for billing details and suggest that brothers and all customers avoid financing. Why? I don’t think all the details regarding this part of brother’s work (billing) has been clearly presented in writing.
