I thought this was a service they did not one handed to a sub contractor. And way over charges for this .I can only say this I sure that the lifetime warranty will get.plenty of use.

The work schedule could have been shortened by several days with additional staff.

The site superintendent answered all our questions and the crew did a great job on the installation. The job site was kept clean and left clean each day the crew was onsite. We are very please with the look of the siding, trim, fit and finish on our house.

I would tell my friends to ask for billing details and suggest that brothers and all customers avoid financing. Why? I don’t think all the details regarding this part of brother’s work (billing) has been clearly presented in writing.

We feel that Keith has abandoned us.

Brothers was very professional. The sales and design team did a great job informing us of the many options available. The install team was fast, friendly and clean. There were a couple of follow up issues that required some/too much work on my part. Overall very satisfied.

Working with everyone there was fantastic. Kieth was the primary installer, and he was wonderful to work with.

They did a great job. The only thing that I did not like was that they did not pick up the screws from the curbside. I ended up with a flat tire.

Robb was great and the actual crew did a good job. The initial quote was more than a quote from Landmark. I specifically asked for a through nail clean up following the work - which was not done initially, but Brothers/Robb provided great problem resolution - coming out quickly to do the clean up work.

Bothers Services Company was very prompt in its response time, provided quick service, and the two gentlemen were very professional and excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with the new roof, especially the improvements in ventilation. All of the materials used were explained thoroughly, which made the price seem fair and gave me confidence that this job will last for years.

This company sucks-unprofessional, sloppy, unreliable and no integrity. I do not have the time or energy to explain each incompetent and chaotic detail, it was a horrible experience beginning to end- beyond the initial consultation. Will never use again. I do not believe this company is trustworthy and they do not operate with any set of clearly defined reliable processes. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. The bulk of the unacceptable behavior was administrative, but they also left nails and debris on my driveway and in front of my home- my son ended up with a flat tire on the way to work. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contracting company. I do not want to hear from this company ever again.

The workers who came to my home were experienced professionals. In addition, an assigned customer care person called every week to assess the work progress and to ensure my satisfaction

The salesman was friendly and very thorough in his assessment of my gutter problem. His recommendations for wider gutters proved to be the key to the success of the project. This was proven within two days after completion when the rain returned. The new gutters easily handled the heavy downpours and I was able to retire my pump without fear of flooding my basement. The job was reasonably priced and I am a "happy camper". thank you.

I have hired them before for roofing as well. They are very professional and bend over backwards to please and give good service.

They didn't do the siding on the entire side and it doesn't match the old siding.

Brothers always does a complete job. They effectively convey the scope of work, do the work and do it to a high level of quality, including clean-up. This always happens, and this is atypical when dealing with other contractors who frequently fall short in some or another of these areas. Brothers may not always be the least expensive option, but they always represent a value proposition, because completion means more to them than just doing the main portion of work.
