The customer service could be a little better. The day they were installing my door, they gave me a window in the morning and the guy did not show up at all. I had to call two or three times and they finally said he would be there later in the afternoon. They do not respect people's time. I have a lot of problems with the door that was installed; they have had to come back two or three times to fix something on the door. I have other work that needs to be done but I do not think I will call them for it because I was not impressed with the work they did.

I really enjoyed the company and the guys who did the installation. I just wish I remembered all their names. They were very professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed the three days they were here. They were very nice.
