This company sucks-unprofessional, sloppy, unreliable and no integrity. I do not have the time or energy to explain each incompetent and chaotic detail, it was a horrible experience beginning to end- beyond the initial consultation. Will never use again. I do not believe this company is trustworthy and they do not operate with any set of clearly defined reliable processes. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. The bulk of the unacceptable behavior was administrative, but they also left nails and debris on my driveway and in front of my home- my son ended up with a flat tire on the way to work. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contracting company. I do not want to hear from this company ever again.

The workers who came to my home were experienced professionals. In addition, an assigned customer care person called every week to assess the work progress and to ensure my satisfaction

The salesman was friendly and very thorough in his assessment of my gutter problem. His recommendations for wider gutters proved to be the key to the success of the project. This was proven within two days after completion when the rain returned. The new gutters easily handled the heavy downpours and I was able to retire my pump without fear of flooding my basement. The job was reasonably priced and I am a "happy camper". thank you.

I have hired them before for roofing as well. They are very professional and bend over backwards to please and give good service.

They didn't do the siding on the entire side and it doesn't match the old siding.

We contacted Brothers Services to redo our master bathroom shower stall, replace the granite countertop for the double sink in the master bathroom and install a sliding glass shower door on the bathtub in the Jack 'n Jill bathroom. The design team worked with us to pick out a tile scheme that looks great in the shower stall, helped us to pick the granite color that works perfectly in the bathroom and to choose which shower doors worked best for both bathrooms. The workers who came to the house to handle various aspects of the job were professional, courteous and very competent in their work. In the end we were very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Brothers Services to anyone for their home improvement projects.

I have not yet discovered the ideal door that I genuinely like. I had a switch pulled on me the last time I had a door installed. They installed another door after informing me that the door I had purchased could not be installed. This time, I chose what I believed to be a better door, but time will tell. Even so, it was not the exact door I was looking for.
