Expensive HOA that provides little to non Amenities

I haven't had any issues. I don't live there, but the experience of closing the house was good. I did not have much interaction with them, so I cannot give a 5.

The rating would be higher if they had not sold the remaining lots to D. R. Horton.

Quality homes at a reasonable price. We checked other new developments in Kyle. Brooks Ranch had quality builds for the best value

The communication with Ben was great. The construction team at first had no communication. When Lance took over it felt completely different. It was all open communication.

The construction process was slow. There was a lack of labor and a slow response time.

Brandy was awesome and Melissa was very nice. They made a beautiful home. Thank you for being there for me while buying the home.

I feel like I was misled on a lot of things. The timeline of the build was not consistent with anything we were told. The communication I received from the company, Blackburn, was not very good.

The construction and sales staff were professional and on top of their game.

Our home is beautiful and we are so excited to have settled into our Texas life at Brooks Ranch. We are fortunate to have found such a great community, both in our home and in this wonderful town. Thank you!
