I haven't had any issues. I don't live there, but the experience of closing the house was good. I did not have much interaction with them, so I cannot give a 5.

The communication with Ben was great. The construction team at first had no communication. When Lance took over it felt completely different. It was all open communication.

I feel like I was misled on a lot of things. The timeline of the build was not consistent with anything we were told. The communication I received from the company, Blackburn, was not very good.
