Bordner Home Improvement provided great service, reasonable prices, and good people. It was great all around.
Dealing with all levels of contact (from beginning to end) was perfect, they are all friendly and professional.
Estimate was quick and thorough. After assessment, didn't recommend replacing entire roof, which I found a good sign of integrity. Repair was done quickly and done well.
Great experience with employee
Repairs were done at times/date scheduled
They were very understanding when we had to adjust or install dates to complete another repair project that could have required removing the window so we wanted to have that repair completed as to leave our warranty intact.
I am giving this 6 rating instead of a 10 rating due to the timing of the whole process. The initial appointment and down payment was on February 19, 2024, however the project was not completed until May 30, 2024. I received a "Job Completion Certificate" email referencing May 31, 2024 as the official completion date. To reiterate time frame from initial appointment to job completion was 02/19/2024 - 05/31/2014.
Kevin gave a feeling of trust in his assessment and estimate of work. Matt did a great job keeping I.n contact and following up after the project was finished.
Everyone was pleasant but roof leaks
The work was done quickly and efficiently. Clean up was good.
All aspects of the project were wonderful except the installation. The end project is wonderful but getting there were more issues than there should have been when you using a more expensive company.
This is the second project that Bordner has handled for us. We are very happy with the results
Although our primary POC and initial representative was helpful and professional, Bordner was unable to negotiate on our behalf with the insurance company, delaying our repairs by weeks. This was a big selling point for us when we contacted Bordner initially.
Mistakes were made. Still waiting on a shower caddie to be installed. But happy with the work that was done.
Gage Welborn was very professional during our initial consultation and that carried throughout the process. The workers were also very professional, great craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
We had a project that we had been considering for several years, but we weren't sure if it was possible to do the way we were envisioning. We had used Bordner for a previous remodel project, and we were extremely pleased with the outcome, so we reached out to see what they could do. We very quickly received a reply to our inquiry and had a design consultation that explained that while our options were limited, it could certainly be done, and the quote came in under our pre-determined budget. After seeing detailed plans for the job, we signed off, and we were provided frequent updates on the status of the materials order and approximate install timeframe. Installation was very efficient, clean, and professional, and we now have a fantastic new look that is just what we wanted for so many years!
Efficient, personable work with an excellent history
Start to finish, very professional and great quality.
I feel they were honest and fair in price for the project.
I am very likely to recommend Border, everybody did a great job..
We would recommend Bordner Home Improvement. On the day i called they sent out a man within 24 hours to install a tarp, he did a great job. They scheduled the evaluation the following week and the work was done in a few weeks. Everyone did a great job.
I've done business with Bordner previously, so I had big expectations. They went above that during the process.
Our technician—Robert, I believe—was very businesslike, methodical in his work & finished in 2 days! He checked things with me regularly (where did I want him to put this or that?). Lots of attention to detail. Cleaned up—no dust anywhere or in other areas like you see sometimes.. But it’s beautiful & works beautifully.
I will warn everyone of some things such as verifying the window design/grid pattern when the checks are done and double checking everything to get them fixed prior to payment. I ill also warn them about how quick to get paid they are when they think the job is done without verifying satisfaction.
I was concerned about the safety of this project. I was standing on the ground looking up at the roof when two boards came flying down from the roof. Luckly I was about 2 feet to the right of them. in addition, I found a new nail in my yard. Since I mow my lawn, I was concerned that the nail might end up in my shoe. Although I was told that the wood was primed, it was not white. It was more of a tan color that does not match my house. The primer was more white last time there was a repair.
