The work is absolutely perfect. But do to lack of qualified workers made my experience quite stressful. You are also honest-a most desirable quality.

The team at Boardwalk has been great to work with. The test comes when things don't go as planned, and our Sunroom addition hit some snags, some of which could have been avoided, and a few others could not. But in the end the staff handled them professionally and they executed on what they committed to. This kitchen/bathroom renovation was the second job Boardwalk Builders has done for us. As before, we were extremely satisfied with the finished project. From the first visit when we discussed demolition and re-build in new design, I knew we were in good hands. Patty and Kelsey spent lots of time reviewing the space and actively listening to our ideas, making creative suggestions, and "thinking out loud" with us. They were thorough and un-rushed in their review. At that visit, before any designs were drawn or contracts signed, they asked us about our timeline. Setting a timing goal is an important part of any project plan and I was impressed that they asked. That question was especially important to us as we did have a definite completion date in mind (five months ahead) because of an upcoming family holiday event. They consulted their calendars and committed to meeting that date ... and they did! They consulted with us every step of the way using all means of communication: phone, email, text, on-line updates, pictures, and, when needed, in-person visits. They facilitated our meetings with design vendors and recommended other vendors we needed. They were extremely responsive to all our inquiries, at all times.Their staff and workers including the project manager were respectful and friendly and did a great job keeping the work area clean (not an easy task.) Their post-construction punch-list follow-up was complete. Best of all is the finished project: a true "dream kitchen" that draws "ah-s" from visitors and works efficiently for our day-to-day and special occasion events.Highly recommend Boardwalk Builders.
