We have had other construction done, and it wasn't as clean as I expected. It was clean, which was very nice. Evyerhing was done properly. We expected everything to be done right, and it was.

Additional Comments - They did a great job in a timely manner. They followed up periodically with calls. Furthermore, they called us numerous times and sent videos and pictures of the progress. They got us in contact with the electrician. The electrician made the appropriate changes.

Overall, we're very satisfied and happy with the outcome of the project. While there are some smaller frustrations that we note below, those are not representative of the quality of the overall work which we are very happy with and enjoying every day just as we'd envisioned when we started the project.

Overall, working with Bennett has been great. Anytime a friend asks about our renovations, we let them know how happy we are, and always offer to share their contact info.

Areas of Satisfaction - The quality of the workmanship, from design to construction, is wonderful. Tim and the construction manager were responsive to our questions and concerns. Choosing the finishes was easy and enjoyable because of the long-term relationships Bennett has with suppliers. The entire process moved in a logical fashion.

We've already recommended Bennett twice; once to a friend who selected Bennett for a primary bathroom remodel and to another friend for an estimate for an extensive home renovation.

Communication - Communication between Bennett during construction, through the construction manager Jim, and our family was very good. He did a very good job clearly explaining where we were in the process, what was coming next, any key decisions we needed to make, potential roadblocks and how we could move past them.

Dave Gerace - Very clear communication and conscientious to ask when okay to perform loud work while our newborn son was napping. Nate (Permanent Flooring) - great attention to detail in all tile work and did an excellent job; a true craftsman. Al (Permanent Flooring) - very focused on getting the flooring installed the right way at the outset and followed-up with repairs as necessary. Jim Carney - kind, conscientious, hard-working and tidy. Jim did a nice job prepping the job site and showed he cared through attention to detail.
