Totally disappointed in this company. Was setup to be sold an entire new system before mechanic stepped foot on my property. Forget the 21 point service promise. It was a promise to try to rip me off and nothing more.

How do I waterproof my basement without getting a sump pump. Water comes in during strong rain at one side of the wall where there is brick chimney outdoors,
