I had some damage in November and had to search for a company to fix the water damage. After a few months, my insurance company called and asked if I would work with Bema Restoration. My experience with them was so much better than working with someone I found on my own. The difference is night and day. I am extremely happy with how they came in and took over the whole process. They took care of everything for me and made it as pleasant as could be under the circumstances. I was extremely happy.
Furnace quit and house froze up while I was out of state. BEMA responded at 6:00 a.m. on a Sunday, and took care of everything. All work was done when promised, and to my complete satisfaction. As an added bonus, their established relationship with my homeowner's insurance company made the claims process painless.

ServiceMaster responded quickly, developed an appropriate plan of action, and explained the process each step of the way. They worked with our insurance company and operated with full transparency so that there were no hidden charges or surprises. Their work was thorough and comprehensive; they completely addressed our problem and connected us with quality companies for work outside their scope (for example, abatement).

BEMA was able to get out to our house fast and evaluate the problem. All of the different workers who came out from the clean-up to the restoration process were great. Melanie was also great to work with and always making sure we were up to date on what was going on.

Employees were professional and courteous throughout the process. Any questions were answered completely, and they made sure thst I understood everything. Very pleased with work. No complaints at all.
There were a couple of respectful employees; the young man of color, and the Lead. At one time, two young gentleman showed up unannounced, didn’t wear face masks (Covid), and started blaring music in the crawl space. I was working from home, and my daughter was taking online classes. I had to go down into the crawl space and ask them to turn the music down. Thirdly, when the wet visqueen and soaked insulation were being taken out, I asked an old, slender man to excuse me, because I was working. He replied, “You’re excused.” I thought he was rude. I did not have a good experience with this team.
Recognized Excellence - Melanie is phenomenal. She is probably the best foreman I've come across. She gets stuff done, knows the job in and out, and her communication was top-notch.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The roofers were phenomenal, they are some of the best roofers around. They understand issues that are central to Alaska.
