approximately two or three years ago, a very good friend of mine had a fire. He was located in Palmer and had to look for a restoration company. According to him, BEMA came to his rescue. when I saw the work that was completed by their workforce it was immaculate done well and done fast. Unfortunately, I two had a fire and I through word-of-mouth called BEMA and let them know. They were referred by a good friend of mine. They knew who he was and they knew the words that they had done and it was on the spot on the next day. They start at work no questions got with my insurance company put down the information in the facts that was going to be needed at that time. From there on Joe and Donna became more than just a company they became like family. That is how they treat everyone that they work with because they know it doesn’t end after the job. Admin was a huge help throughout the process, I feel like some of the finish work could have been a little better. We ended up with spackle/mud spots all over the bathroom and a cracked piece of trim was installed. overall pretty good work.

I have done several remodels and I have never had such a wonderful experience before! Everything I needed to have done was addressed! Communication could not have been easier or better! From the moment I filed a claim with USAA the process started! Joe dispatched a crew to come get everything packed up and put in a mini storage container. Everyone was cheerful and polite and so very comforting amongst all the chaos of the damage! Donna was in her element, keeping track of what was damaged and getting all my antiques carefully packed or cleaned! Every detail was managed!! Melanie was a step ahead of every detail for the restoration! Not a minute was wasted. People were here every day, and every step flowed smoothly into the next. The professional team used gave us the highest level of excellence! Donna and her team made sure the house was made livable and comfortable throughout the restoration! BEMA performed outstanding in all components of interior clean up and restoration. Although I was not on location, Project Manager communicated directly with me throughout the project.

It is hard to rate. If you are talking contractor and not the subcontractor. The company themselves, they were cool. I only talked to one person. I would work with them again if they are talking about just the company.

Bema Construction was a God send to us. We had a house fire and the way Bema handled everything in a very tough situation gave us security, comfort, assurance, and respect. There weren’t any surprises with Bema, what they quoted and all the services they offered were what we got, no hidden anything.

They came out quickly and did what they were supposed to do. They got the floor dried, and I am satisfied.

Joe has been a customer first mitigator in showing that he leaves job sites in a clean and safe fashion. Also, I have found that other mitigators tend to try to add work to the scope, but Joe is honest and only does what needs to be done based on his knowledge and expertise. Mining for work is not something that Joe does.

Completed the restoration work timely and on budget after previous contractor abandoned the job.
