They worked with our insurance company and operated with full transparency so that there were no hidden charges or surprises. Their work was thorough and comprehensive; they completely addressed our problem and connected us with quality companies for work outside their scope (for example, abatement).

Employees were professional and courteous throughout the process. Any questions were answered completely, and they made sure thst I understood everything. Very pleased with work. No complaints at all.
There were a couple of respectful employees; the young man of color, and the Lead. At one time, two young gentleman showed up unannounced, didn’t wear face masks (Covid), and started blaring music in the crawl space. I was working from home, and my daughter was taking online classes. I had to go down into the crawl space and ask them to turn the music down. Thirdly, when the wet visqueen and soaked insulation were being taken out, I asked an old, slender man to excuse me, because I was working. He replied, “You’re excused.” I thought he was rude. I did not have a good experience with this team.
Recognized Excellence - Melanie is phenomenal. She is probably the best foreman I've come across. She gets stuff done, knows the job in and out, and her communication was top-notch.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The roofers were phenomenal, they are some of the best roofers around. They understand issues that are central to Alaska.
They did a great job.

They are experienced, well managed, task oriented and will take the time to explain every situation of why their decision was made, which provides the best possible product for the customer. No cutting corners with this company! Crews are top notch, they know their jobs and support the management. Management is always available and involved with the project, never neglecting the responsibly to visit the job site. Will do a walk-through with the client at the end of project. Highly recommend.

Let's put it this way. After they dealt with my insurance needs, I also asked them to do several other things that were separate from that. I used them as a contractor.

Area For Improvement - There were no areas we were dissatisfied with. Service Masters had help out years ago. I think I my have called them first or ask the insurance company if I could call them. I know they were here in about 3 hours. It is easily and hour and a half to drive here. So, they are very responsive to help mitigate the situation before it worsens.
Very impressed, unfortunately I did not choose them to fix the mess but wish I would have.
