They showed up quickly to mitigate the problems, which they did thoroughly. If there was any problem, they may have been even more thorough than I thought was needed to dry out the water damage. But I am not the professional...they are.

Most of the work was completed to our satisfaction initially. There was just one aspect that we were disappointed in. They followed through to correct it, but they should have initiated it themselves. They should have initiated that correction themselves. We had to push for it.
