Other than the timeframe for when they were going to do it, that is the only problem I had. I just think they schedule too much work ahead of time.

I just had the initial job done. I had a little bit of dripping from the shower head. I called, and they immediately came out and fixed it. I think it was a defective part, but ever since they installed the new part, it has worked effectively.

My bathroom layout was probably not the standard because of an arched window and a larger space than the walk-in tub required. The salesman who measured and designed the install was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I appreciated his painting a picture in my mind of how a walk-in tub will function and took extra steps to help me feel comfortable with it.
The installers were very respectful of my home and, although they encountered challenges, took extra measures and time to make sure everything was installed correctly and esthetic.
