Communication - I've asked more meetings and call backs to discuss an invoice question and no one will get back to me.

The crew that came out to my house had zero idea of what to do. I had to show them how to take up the floor, point at several spots for water damage, and to for the final moment, they left their lunch trash all over my laundry room. Worst company ever!

The workers who came to our house were Hardworking young men! They were mannerly and did an excellent Job and cleaned up when they were done!!!!
