My new roof was "covered" by insurance from wind damage in 2023. My insurance provider was quick to seal damaged areas and give covered dollar amount. However when I was getting bids from contractors the bid amounts were far higher than insurance quotes. I spoke with contractors, sent emails all of which either never got back to me or insurance adjuster, never showed up on planned meeting times, or hadn't received quotes. Fast forward 2 years.....I reopened my claim and was told the "original amount to be paid by insurance" is still valid. So I decided well I will just bite the bullet and pay the differential. I made the call to another roofing company whom originally quoted in 2023. They sent guys out to reevaluate and then nothing. No emails, no returned calls.....Crickets!

So I decided to call Assurance Roofing. Becky had answered right away! She explained she was out of the office but would call back as soon as she returned......."I've heard this before".....she followed through! We set a date to meet with an estimator, whom was on time! (infact he had called 10 minutes prior to see if I was home, which I was not cause I still had 10 minutes)
Quotes came back quickly same day in fact. Colors were picked. Install date set. Got a call due to weather install date would be pushed back 2 days. Shingles were loaded. Install was completed in a day! Great service provided! n who cant like a guy named Tito!

Buckle up this is a long one but I could not be happier with the work they did on our home. If you want a small town, local, family feel type of company to work on your home, this is it. When I called for a quote I think the phone rang once before it was picked up. I hadn’t even rehearsed what to say yet LOL. The quote was provided super fast. We got all new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, and gutter guard, and the garage door trim and weather stripping. I was surprised by price that I canceled my second company that was coming to quote me. I got on the schedule fast, I didn’t think it was happening until spring. The gentlemen that showed up were very respectful of property. They were consistent when they showed up and left each day. The weather was NOT kind to them. It started off with snow, that melted into mud, then got rained on. Regardless of the weather, everything was CLEAN. No mud trails or messes to clean up after them. When they were done with the job it looked like they never had came. They even put my gate back up on the deck, they left the place exactly how they arrived. Because of the rain, they also noticed this small section that dumped water right onto our driveway that causes a pool of water and icey situation. They told us, then added a gutter there as well. This shows genuine care for the purpose of their job. Not just getting it done, but making sure the customer is getting what they need on their home. Their work is so good that we need new garage doors now to match how clean their work is. The garage doors looks so trashy with their nice work. I will always recommend this company from here forward.

They guaranteed shingle install within 24 hours of request and despite some extremely cold weather, they followed through with their commitment! We were highly impressed. Roof looks awesome.
