The design of the house

My experience has been wonderful. It started in the sales office with Sharon Mosley, who was very helpful and provided a lot of consultation for me as a first time home buyer. I was appreciative of the support, feedback and guidance that was provided by her. The project ream with contractors lead by Mike Rimbey was amazing when I think about my walk throughs that I had pre-drywall inspection, and before closing. Everything went smooth. A lot of consultation was given to me as a first time home buyer by walking me through the procedures in terms of closing and caring for my home. They were very good at identifying items that needed to be rectified prior to closing. I am now a home owner, and I am so happy.

Ashley Quinn - she's amazing. By far the best builder rep we encountered on a 2 year search. She's a rock star.

I'm absolutely in love with my house and u love seeing all the different floor plans. Everyone who works for the company has been so wonderful.

Good communication throughout the sales and building process

Mr. Shane was exceptional. He went above and beyond. He treated us like family and made sure we were extremely satisfied. His attention to detail was extremely impressive.

There were several things about the new build that were done incorrectly by the builders at first. It was a huge inconvenience. However, they did try to make all corrections. I only give 3 stars because Audilio’s customer service helped beyond the issues at the beginning. I would have given only one or no stars if it weren’t for Audilio.

Great team to get everything done!

They cheated on my house closing, and I ended up paying their taxes. I paid taxes from the time they were building the house, but I did not own it.

We looked at many builders in the area and for the value and service we received this was phenomenal. When your builder walks through questions you didn’t even think to ask, that’s a level of white glove service I truly appreciate.

I'd recommend. You could have done better but the quality of the workmanship and lack of attention to detail seems on par with other mass/assembly line type/cookie cutter home builders here and in other parts of the country. Not sure I would recommend if I had only seen the problems associated with my friend's home several houses down from mine for example hanging the bathroom door such that it does not latch and you see bright lights through the gaps between the door and the surrounding door frame and then you guys NOT ever fixing the problem for my friends.

Well designed for the most part. but why install. Nice gas stove that has a floor level grill most of us can not reach the floor

Our new home was constructed with quality and on expected schedule. Very few issues with build quality.

The building process was seamless. Very easy to work with them from a distance because we were unable to be in the location during build.

I expect Ashton having controls to check quality during construction. We had very poor construction manager assigned to our home and no quality check was done by him (Sebastian). This resulted is multiple reconstruction including redoing the entire brick work.

We bought our Ashton Woods home about a month and a half ago, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, every step of the process was handled with such genuine care, communication, and attention to detail. Our sales rep and builder truly listened to us, kept us updated, and followed through on every promise — something that’s rare to find these days.

The quality of the home itself has completely exceeded our expectations. We had it deeply inspected before closing and there were no major issues at all — everything was done right the first time. The craftsmanship, the finishes, and the overall build quality are beautiful and clearly well thought out. You can really tell Ashton Woods takes pride in their homes and the families who will live in them.

We couldn’t recommend Ashton Woods more highly to anyone looking for a builder who truly cares about both the process and the product.
