Yes. Every Ashton Woods employee I have worked with has been amazing.
At this time, I would not recommend Ashton Woods because the AC unit is located above my bedroom and is extremely loud, frequently disrupting my sleep. In addition, a contractor-grade garage door was installed below my bedroom, and its operation causes noticeable loud vibrations through the floor. These ongoing noise and vibration issues have significantly impacted my comfort and quality of life in the home.
Ashton Woods Homes has a good service and warranty response.
Our finishes feel low quality, the cabinets were disappointing. The white sheen is not consistent; we have to repair our countertops due to the staining from the cleaners used by the builder. Paver walkway stops before the doorstep-should have done an overlay, no gutters and our yard flooded; also the window screens are so flimsy and we will be throwing them away, the windows also don’t feel energy efficient especially in Arizona. The heat just comes right in. All these things cost us money to mitigate and we are only in our first month. The drywall crack at bathroom threshold has been repaired twice and I anticipate It will crack again. We are aware of cracking and settling issues being common, but even our walls are warped. We built our previous home with Woodside and those small touches really matter - this house is $200k higher than our last new build and I feel the quality on the overall build is lacking.
I had a good experience. I have been having difficulties getting stuff done.
They provide great service. It is a beautiful home, excellent quality. It is in a good area.
Ashton Woods is a wonderful builder--we are so pleased with our beautiful home and the neighborhood we built in here at Provence!
We are not impressed with the quality of AW homes and the quality of the tradesmen hired to build out the home.
Well need stuff done that was not done right
Repair ticket been in placed and repairs for the house has taken nearly 1 year to fix my family and myself has been suffering from the same problem of the walls with no fix or anybody even caring to come and fix it or update the problem. Instead of se ding professionals they send people that show up once to talk and disappear for ever cause they are never to be seen again .
Sales experience was awful and disappointing.
It was a great experieince, especially with Kayla and the office team showing me the house, was very nice and polite. Mike was one of the best guys I have ever met. He was very responsive and if I needed anything he was there, and if I sent him a text, he would be right there. Dustin was great.
I had a great experience with the office team, and during the build process, everything was smooth.
The girls in the office were very polite.
Our experience with our new home has been terrific. We love our home and feel that it is well made, stylish, and will stay that way for many years to come!!
The superintendent on this house was not supervising it being built properly. So many ragged intrigue walls, crappy drywall. Our carpet is already destroyed after a year because yall didn’t put plastic down on the stairs and workers in and out have ruined it. The design of our shower and shower door is flawed and leaks. We’ve had three shower doors install IMPROPERLY. The drywall not being placed properly the door doesn’t fit the area.
Allen Winter is the reason for all of the 5 stars here and throughout the survey. I did not deal with the sales staff at all as my realtor handled all interactions. Allen walked me through the house before I bought the house and showed me everything and was in no rush. In fact, he openly and transparently showed me things that needed to be fixed or improved, things I would never have seen. When we did the initial walkthrough, his attention to detail was incredible. Everything that needed to be attended to was addressed first time with no need for follow-up. His patience was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Thanks Allen!!!
Great design, quality build, excellent sales process.
We love many things about Ashton Wood’s home. Our main concern is the use of dryline thermoply exterior panels instead of something that provides stronger lateral shear support.
Multiple building issues. paint spatter on the vinyl floors; mesh caused rust bleeding into the concrete; bathroom hardware is not consistent- the towel rods/TP dispensers are chrome while sink and shower fixtures and doorknobs are brushed nickel (still not replaced after six weeks); first week Celina water bill was $165 for seven days because sprinkler timer had been set to come on twice in the morning and twice at night before we took residence; door knob entering garage from house was “sticky” meaning it would not turn. It has been replaced; garage floor is stained and chipped; baseboards in dining room were not completely caulked allowing ants to enter and get into the dog food.
Ashton Woods homes have some average features.
I would recommend them to a friend because they really stand behind their name. They are one of the top-rated homebuilding companies and I did my homework on them. They do sell good quality homes and if I had a problem or concern, they responded promptly and corrected any issues that I had.
We feel the home is built to last.
We would recommend to family and friends with the caveat of staying on top of the progress and having multiple inspections along the way.
The property is brand new and has basements.
