Garage could have been made slightly bigger. Very hard to fit two vehicles and still have space for shelves. Interior painted with flat paint, thus it rubs off when you try to clean the walls. Back yard should have just been left pure dirt with no rocks. Would have liked thicker walls as you can hear conversations several rooms away.

First, my new home is fantastic! One-story, really nice layout, beautiful flooring and carpets, exceptional paint job inside and out. I'm ecstatic! Second, the Ashton Woods associates were all extremely knowledgable and very thorough in their work and in keeping me notified of everything during the buying process. They always responded to calls and emails quickly, and I'd say they all went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my new home prior to closing. The walkthroughs were extremely thorough and all issues, which were minor, resolved before closing. I would definitely recommend working with Ashton Woods to buy a new home, they will ensure that you are satisfied.

I like the house

We bought this house and had trouble with the garage door, and the gutters are not working. I called many times and received no response. It went to voicemail, and no one picked up. I have been struggling with the garage for weeks. A kind and consistent girl was working with me, but she took another position. Someone else came in during the time the door was not working, and it took them fifteen days to fix my garage.

From the initial tour of the homes, until the day I closed, it was a great experience. Very professional and understanding.
