Rushed construction led to poor quality, as the vendors seemed to lack care.

I would definitely recommend Ashton Woods to a friend, while it was a little difficult in the beginning to make sure we were included in all of the processes that were happening since we were not close enough to drive by and see the house. It was overall as good as it could be in terms of building a home out of state.

The warranty request application has not worked since purchasing the home. I’ve had 3 issues that I’ve repeatedly sibmitted for review that still hasn’t been addressed

I had good impression of Ashton Woods until I bought a home with AW. With the home I bought, the workman ship is not good and construction manager did not address any issues I raised before closing and he kept saying that is how it works. I have helped AW to meet quarterly deadline by closing in early even though I was told the house would be ready by mid/end of October 2024.

The homes seem well-made, with noticeable quality. The layout is fantastic, and I love the lack of wasted space in our diamond model. We’ve looked at countless houses over the years and love the efficient 4200 square feet it provides. The large bedrooms are very appreciated for our growing kids, and the fact that we have double the size of our previous backyard is amazing. Oh, and the garage! Thank you for making a garage that’s actually big enough for American-sized cars, that leave enough room to actually open your doors once you pull in. In our case, we also needed space for a boat, which it provided well.

Tomas was very friendly and spent lots of time with us as we made decisions.

I would NEVER refer my friends to Ashton Woods. Poor craftsmanship, very bad customer service, the list goes on.
