My problem still exists
I received a quote from Kyle and when he was no longer with the company my quote increased substantially. I understand if he misquoted the work to be done, but I would at least expect an apology. I never once was given an apology for the error that ultimately cost me more money. For the company to have made a mistake, that should be the easiest way to address the problem. The same thing goes for the crew coming out to handle the work being done. I was told they would be here at 7am, but then received a text message 10 minutes before saying it would be closer to 10am. Then I received a call at 7:45am saying they would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. No apology offered. This made it difficult to plan my day around the work being done since it kept changing the day of. I will note that Eduardo was very friendly, I just wish he was able to better adhere to the expectations set on when the work was being done. It would have been nice to have more detail provided on the post-tension cable repair done. I am still not entirely sure what was done other than removing excess cable that was protruding from my wall. I was told they would need to assess the issue and complete repairs. I was never advised the issue or what exactly was done to address the problem.
I have worked with Arizona Foundation Solutions in the past on a project at my daughter's house. The Sales staff, Customer Care and Technicians on that job were great. I have been working with Ed Bueche and Angela Lippert on the proposal for work to be performed on our home and they have been Excellent. Looking forward to getting the Stem Wall Repairs completed. I would highly Recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions and their staff for any of your foundation repair needs.
I'm not sure about the company as a whole but for my particular sales rep, he gets one star. He never responded to my texts. He called me whenever he wanted. He wasn't responsive. Terrible service on his end.
I’m a home buyer who wanted to know what it would cost to fix obvious floor/slab issues. Confusion, non-communication and outright wrong information from the start. Horrible experience trying to set appointment, pay fee only to be told after inspection and missed appointment that I wouldn’t get repair recommendations or estimate of costs which I was told I was paying for. Dishonest representation as a local company when they’re actually owned by national firm. Everyone I spoke to had no information about the process beyond their own small personal job. “I only take payments “ “I only schedule appointments “ I only do the measurements” “I only give you the topography report”. Complete and total disregard for the customers need for information at every turn.
They responded quickly to my request to come out and do the evaluation, but their price for the work was much higher than expected.
Arizona Foundation Solutions was very professional.
I haven't seen their work yet, but my on the phone experience was great! Very clear and helpful.
Yes, I would recommend, with the caveat that it is understood up front, and that it’s made clear, all the type of repairs that this company is capable of/willing to do.
I believe this product will be just what we need! We have a 1937 historic home that would benefit significantly and add to its value and longevity.
Lack of technical knowledge, and experience using correct procedure and methods for installing radon mitigation system on 14 inch concrete slab foundation poured on a zero/flat grade plot. Unable to fulfill request for sub-slab depressurization system through foundation lip in garage - rather than through a stem wall - and into attic through roof penetration and garage-attic mounted vent piping without any 90deg bends - to mitigate condensation build up in vent stack - while putting fan as far away from suction pit as possible, ensuring a longer fan life plus exhaust min clearance 10 feet above ground to meet safety guidelines. Very disappointing. Free estimate on 2300sqft home should not require engineering fees because previous professional experience should make this a simple system to estimate on site. Lack of experience and knowledge clearly problematic. Insistence on stem wall penetration will likely create risk of future foundation problems. Decided to contact out-of-state professional specialist with experience and better technical competency.
I don't normally make recommendations to friends or family unless they ask me. Having foundation issues with ones house is pretty concerning (scary) and I feel that your company shared a lot of information and experience with me. I appreciate knowing more about my homes foundation and the issues affecting it and I have confidence in your company.
Still waiting for the job to be completed
Great company overall. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
What a great service this is! Very patient and presented multiple ideas that would work in my space.
Very knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend to friends and family.
My expectations were far exceeded by bone dry roofing. They charge a fair price for premium service.
