They did a good job overall. The only issue I had was the picking up of nails from the driveway/lawn. They came on a Mon and Tues and couldn't return until Friday due to weather. is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A belt doesn't sound like the proper material to hold anything related to air conditioning
