I was extremely happy with Devon Thompson and his crew. They did a great job and worked extremely hard and cleaned up great and did everything that they promised to do. Devon told me what to expect and he did it and I am 100% pleased and already recommended him to several neighbors.

Apple Roofing stopped communicating with us the moment they got paid. We tried calling, texting, and emailing for weeks after writing the check. One day, a truck showed up and dropped off a load of vinyl siding. The next day, a work crew showed up and spent the next 2 days performing the siding replacement. We had no warning and had to scramble to make plans so our 3 month old had somewhere to sleep during the day.

Damage was done to my home that still has not been fixed.

There was a lot of confusion and missed communications until a higher level manager got involved.

The crew that came over did wonderful. They did a fantastic job and I am very happy with their work. They put the roof on and cleaned up. They got nails off of the porches and driveway. I would recommend them to friends or family members. The roof is beautiful and they did a good job.

There was a little scheduling error. Everything went totally smooth. We were set up and no one called or showed up. I had to contact them. It was really inconvenient, we had everything set up with our dogs etc. The second time it was very smooth.

Communication on day of job was poor. Also I couldn't even access my driveway. Would like to have known that I couldn't be home til after 9 pm. And when I asked how much longer (I asked in Spanish) and was told a half hour at 7:30 pm but they were still there at 9 pm. Frustrating.
Overall they were ok.

Russell did an excellent job of getting me the products I wanted and overseeing the installation to make sure everything was done to the highest quality standards.

The entire crew was great, but especially Angelica and Justin. Everybody showed up on time and they completed the entire roof in a single day. Angelica and Justin made sure all of my questions were answered, and the crew left the surroundings exactly as they had found them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Apple Roofing did a tremendous job!

The workers left one of my cables hanging down on the deck so that I have to duck to get out of my sliding glass door onto the deck. It needs to go back up wherever it came from other than that they were fine.

Excellent work and product on new roof, still waiting for the gutters to be done.
