MNC exteriors -Apple Roofing timely responded and schedule an appointment. John did a comprehensive evaluation of my roof and provided me with pictures and video of the status of my roof. He did an outstanding assessment and I hope that his assessment will be key to get a full roof replacement.

I thought Apple Roofing did a really good job considering how hot it was outside. They knocked it out and took care of everything. I had one issue: I had some stuff they took down, and they did not put it back together yet.

When my first roofing contractor, dld not show up, I checked with my neighbors who to use. They suggested Apple roofing because they are local.

Very Likely to Recommend. Jason was very easy to talk to and was helpful in showing me what needed to be done and helping me choose the color of the roof. The team doing my roof was fast and friendly. I was extremely impressed that the roof was done in one day!

Communication was terrible. We were promised things we still have not received.

This small, half-day garage roofing job took close to 6 weeks when a car was stuck in the garage. That caused schedule disruptions and distress for our family without the use of the car. Additionally, extra materials are still on my front lawn and I am spending 45 minutes of my time to give you this feedback after a frustrating experience.

Lack of communication. Never knowing if or when something was getting fixed. And lying about needing plywood on the roof. I was told. That the building department would not let it pass without the plywood. I called the building apartments. They said that's BS.

I was left wondering about what was happening and when it was happening. I had to reach out to get this information.

Not sure why a large company would use subcontractors ,but a whole different company showed up to do the work ?

The roofing crew was not trained, installed a whirlybird vent in the wrong location and oriented at an angle. No supervisor and when the owner came to correct the mistake he said they hadn’t been trained, but it was OK because he knew what he was doing because he had been in the business 20 years and it was OK even though it was incorrect.. took them two tries to get it correct I had to show them on the roof how it needed to be done and where they needed to be placed. and they didn’t have the equipment needed, no level had to borrow mine to correctly install the whirlybird.

Sean Kelly made the process easy. He is professional, kind and great communication throughout the whole process.

They did a great job. The job wasn't finished, but they came back and completed it, and it turned out very well.

Very professional during the preliminary stages coming out and evaluating the job making sure to check with the city and completing all of the necessary HOA paperwork in a timely manner.

We had a few issues that needed to be addressed and are still in the wait and monitor phase. The supervisor that handled this job always addressed my concerns and definitely went the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. He needs a raise.

Love the finished product so much. The Malarkey shingles are high quality and beautiful.

I got three quotes all basically the same and was most impressed with Apple and they did a quick and efficient job.
