For the most part, they did a good job, taking only a day to complete.They were mostly conscientious of protecting my things and cleaning up. However, the only negatives were (1) the workers did not pay enough attention to the plants along the sides of my house, allowing debris to fall from the roof and break them, and (2) even though they swept the ground with magnets, I have found dozens of nails with plastic caps and shiny circular metal pieces with staples in them, along with of course black roofing paper scraps. They need to be a little more focuse don those details

We went through a very challenging insurance claim process that lasted over 11 months, and Brian and his team were with us every step of the way. They helped us navigate the process, gathered and submitted the necessary documentation, and attended all three inspections.

They also took detailed photos, maintained consistent communication with our insurance company, and ensured everything required was provided promptly and accurately. Throughout a long and often frustrating process, they were reliable, responsive, and steady advocates for us.

Work was done too fast, and property had trash on it. The attic has trash all in it, and they left a hole in the roof and covered it up with tar paper and shingles. I will have to patch from inside the attic now. They used too many nails in the roof. Before the roof was done, I hardly had any nails. Now I have them all over, sticking through the wood. There was excessive use of a nail gun

Setup and scheduling was clear and efficient. Re-roofing was timely and efficient. My only (minor) complaint is they did a good job cleaning up, but left a few trimmed branches laying around.

The chimney flashing is not done properly or even complete. The brick on the chimney has been damaged. The proper materials were not used on the chimney flashing. There is damage to my gutters on the s South side. Derrick from Apple says the insurance company has denied replacing the garage roof but I have an estimate from Travevers that includes the garage roof. Derrick from Apple is slow to respond. He makes promises but does not follow through. Appointments are not kept. There is more but I am tired of all my time I have invested to get things right. It has been over a week and repairs are not complete. I was told all work would be done in one day. My neigbors roof was done inone day and the work appears perfect. I need help.

They came out; the guys were very polite and efficient and did not have to interact with us. Did their work very professionally and as quietly as possible. The finished work is very, very nice.

There are still materials blocking my side yard 10 days after the job was completed. The final clean-up was never completed.

The ambulance chaser is really good at his job. After that, it went downhill.

Donna and Truman made this an excellent experience. I really appreciated their expertise and professionalism. They gave me great advice, followed through on the things they told me they would do, and graciously answered all my questions and concerns. 10/10 I wish they could handle all of my projects!!

I could not have had better people to work with.

They lady they sent out was rude. As soon as she introduced herself she put in ear buds so any time I tried to talk to her I would have to say it 2 or 3 times to get her attention. Then when I tried asking questions about damages she never went near she just dismissively said "yea I got it". She came out on a Saturday and said they would get the estimate to my insurance on Tuesday. It took them 14 days and 3 phone calls to get it sent in. The manage did call to apologize and said they had it it just didn't get processed. Then when I got the estimate through my insurance she had put the wrong material down as my roof. She had 29 guage corrugated when I actually have 26 guage 1 in AG panel.

Everything WAS accomplished satisfactorily without any surprises....eventually.
