Our sliding door was damaged by the patio concrete company. They were thankfully willing to pay for it but it required a bit of back and forth with them and Apple Roofing. Benjamin was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Very relieved it was taken care of correctly!

Brian helped me go through the whole process of filing the claim with my insurance, and he really helped me a lot. I was going to pay out of pocket and I feel like he saved me by telling me about filing a claim through the insurance. I thought it was going to be a big hassle, but he made it simple.

They were very responsive, showed up on time and were very professional. They gave me options, there was no high pressure and they backed it up with pictures from the drone of the damaged section of the roof.

They went above and beyond my expectations, and they started and finished the project extremely fast. Again the quality is very good. They cleaned up everything and cleaned up stuff I did not expect them to. I have not gotten a nail in my tire, so, life is grand.

I had a unique experience with Apple Roofing. My claim and the Apple Roofing inspection took forever and they had to come out 3 or 4 times. Once they did come and start the job, it was a quick and professional turn around.

It was difficult to get in touch. I felt like I was pestering when my texts or calls went unanswered.

The are not a roofing company. They hire independent roofing crews, some of which may not have the appropriate skills or tools to do the job. The result is long lead times (5 months after the claim was registers and they are still not done) and low quality results.

I am not likely to recommend Apple Roofing to a friend because the workers left cigarette buds and chicken wing bones all over my yard, almost killing my dog. Also, they haven't fully completed the siding, the reimbursement of a damaged exterior light.

The folks who did our work appeared to do a excellent job from what I could see from the ground. When the job was completed they cleaned up their debris and paid special attention in that work.

David and Apple Roofing were recommended by my insurance agent. David provided an inspection of my roof and it needed to be replaced. I was also planning to get my siding and gutters replaced as well.
I contacted several other companies and Apple Roofing and David were the only ones who showed up for set appointments.
David was patient as I made my siding, roof and gutter choices. He offered choices and brought samples to me.
Once I had an estimate, my questions were answered, my concerns were respected and we moved forward with the job.
The siding crew did a great job. They were experienced and the siding looks great. They left my yard clean every night before they left.

The day before leaving on a 2 week vacation we found that our roof needed tarping and repair. Apple was able to do the tarping that day and kept in communication with us to make arrangements after our return. When we found that the gutter guards hadn't been screwed back on properly. Apple promptly sent someone out to correct this.

We've have had great experiences with Apple Roofing in past with hail damage repairs. However, this project we had firework damage and the initial contractors they hired didn't do great at all. The roof looked terrible and could have been kept the way it was with the fireworks holes. I let them know and they agreed it wasn't quality work and they did fix it. It looks a lot a better now rather than when the first contractors did it.

They use a lot of unprofessional tactics and change the things you agreed to in the contract. The contractors are not truthful and don't want to do what they said they would, and they use cheaper materials than what you order. I thought they would be more professional and straight forward with their customers.

Due to the time to complete this 'job'... it's now 7months (began in April .. its now November) Received this to evaluate yet have not been informed that the job is 'done' . Plus am not able to evaluate the quality of the work since I have not seen any pictures of the work done. Requested but have not received any.

My experience with Apple Roofing was the worst experience I've ever had to deal with.

While some of the services went smoothly others took a long time and lot of oversight to get done correctly. However the project office worked with us with the shared objective of getting a quality service in the end. The sales/field rep however stated to loose patience and never seemed knowledgeable about construction.

Crew ran over one of my downspouts, bent another one in the backyard, broke a sprinkler valve hatch on my porch, broke all of my edge lights

It was a procrastinated process, and there seems to be a real lack of communication, not only with me but among the people who did the actual roof.

Jorge installed my roof 3 years ago, and it went through a hurricane. They do super fantastic work. I am really pleased with what they do and what they did this last time. It was efficient and clean. They left quietly. I didn't even know they were here or had left. I went outside, and they were gone.
