This is the easiest transaction I've ever made. It was a gift for somebody. I am not in that area. I saw the ad, and the guy went out and looked, gave us a price, we slept on it, and the next morning I said, Let's go, and it was done before the next rain we had. The next rain would have done the roof in. We got it just in time. I am very relieved. I had a whole lot on my plate, and that took a lot off my plate. I am just so relieved.

I was impressed. I had insurance problems. My son bought a house and a tree fell on the roof two days before he closed. They hired a terrible contractor to fix it, and the roof still leaked.
Tyler went way above and beyond to get my roof covered by the insurance company.
I couldn't be more grateful! The work they did and how efficient they were with pictures and communication was off the chart.

As a consumer, it is very rare that I have such a satisfying experience. Not only did the manager give met the lowest price out of anybody, they got it completed in one session. They also gave me over two weeks to pay, and I was paid in full within two weeks. Also, I haven't found any roofing nails in the yard, on my driveway or in the street.

Easy to work with

The only thing I didn't like was that after my gutters were taken down it was almost 2 weeks before the new ones were put up.

How fast they replaced my roof.

Some of the Apple Roofing - Iowa subcontractors were difficult to work with.

The total experience was very good, no bumps or delays.

They cleaned up outside pretty good. However they had to replace a couple of spots of plywood over my garage. There was a lot debris left over in the garage. If communicated I would have let them go in and clean that up. It was all over my car in the garage.

Apple Roofing - Texas was friendly, courteous, and fast to respond.

They don't know what they're doing, it was horrible. They put a piece of plastic, and it cost fourteen thousand dollars. I had to hire another people to tear it off and put another. They totally ringed it, and they didn't fix it, and put a plastic, so water was coming inside the house. I had to hire another people to come out to put the roof on, and it cost me a lot of money. It was horrible.
